Key was not available for pick up at the designated time, I waited 2 hours for it and delayed my move

The gentleman gave us the key told us to go find the truck outside ourselves, They gave us a truck someone had just turned in with out inspecting it before it was handed over. the truck was dirty inside I had to clean it before placing my stuff in there. I had returned the truck few hours later which was considered afterhours and did exactly as I was told to do and I got charged an extra day of insurance and rental. sad that they don't do there jobs properly. I would not recommend this place to anyone if there is another uhaul location around. its worth the drive. this is the first time Ive had a bad experience with uhaul

After 3weeks my husband and I are still waiting on a $102.00 overcharge to be refunded. Which is absolutely ridiculous, considering I was already charged for the rental, Which we returned the same day within hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE EVER. My Opinion They Shouldn't Be In Business Overcharging Paying Customers.

The staff was very rude. After my cousin, who was driving, posted an unfavorable review, the manager or whatever the title of this man was, found out where my cousin works and went to his job to yell at him. I am appalled that someone would actually do this.

The amount of miles given to us is insulting. At the worst those miles should be negotiatable. At best the miles should be unlimited. The lack of enough miles did not afford us the ability to stay with friends and get proper rest on our journey. We had just enough miles to make it to the destination and get gasoline. Please do something about this. The truck speakers were not working well on one side and made the 19 hour drive rather annoying at some friction points. I would also update your trucks with Bluetooth as soon as you can since newer iPhones (fastest selling smartphone) don't have headphone Jack's.

I would recommend that when the blanket pads are given to the customer, that they confirm there are the amount requested. I didn't realize that I only had 5 pads until I started using them during the move and by that time, I didn't have time to deal with the pick up location.

Took long, didn't have truck that was reserved. Problem stems from uhaul themselves. The service is horrible. You reserve a truck online, but when you get there, there is no truck available. The entire process delayed us 3 hours from our move. We had reserved a truck at 1130. After going to 3 uhaul locations, we ended up in a bigger truck then rented and having to hire a driver because my wife couldn't drive it. Worst experience.

The vehicle was extremely clean. Just make sure all the necessary equipments are functioning prior to rental. Wipers did not work and I had a difficult time driving in the rain. This was a major safety hazard.

Got there .. was greeted well and warmly by the young lady . Felt welcomed until I was being attended to. Gave my name to retrieve reservation . Took couple minutes then was told by the young lady that the truck reserved was no more available . I questioned why was the reservation allowed to go through . I was told the person who has the truck asked for another day. I asked why wasn’t I given a call earlier and she said we do not get to know that the truck is not available until you show up and we pull your reservation . I was asked to go and checked the trucks available and make a decision . Decided to get one then I asked for the furniture pads I reserved on the website since I was going to pickup furniture and was told they did not have any. Strange since the location is a furniture store . But in all ,my bad experience was the by the attitude of the clerk. The manner she was telling me sounded to me like she thinks she was doing me a favor . She went to the extent to tell me that I can call uhaul and anybody and they cannot help me when I told her I was going to call uhaul to complain about why my reservation was not available. Anyways why visit your website and make reservation if it will not honored. Thanks
