So much confusion with this place, made me wait 2 hours then tell me my rental was dropped off at another location. Very unprofessional and time consuming. Delayed my move for 2 hours with all the confusion.

The individual that signed me in was pleasant and efficient. But the truck was not up to standards. The air conditoning system in the truck was broken and did not work. It was a very hot day. The steering was loose requiring constant attention to keep the truck safely on the road. The windshield was dirty. In short the equipment is old, not safe, and needs repairs.

It took me 45 min to get the truck even i booked the truck online. Saw few customers leaving frustrated, very bad experience. The return was good and smooth, it was different guy in the evening.

There isn't enough space to leave the truck. I had to work before 9 am and when I was there at the location, it was closed so I searched for a spot to leave the truck and I lost so much time trying to figure out the best spot without blocking the street and the pedestrian side.

Spent a lot of time on the telephone, on hold, waiting for information that could have been done in advance. Leaving any U-Haul facility is time consuming.

Extremely unprofessional location and very shady looking place. I was also conned into paying the owner cash for gas fill up. Upon returning the truck, the gas gauge was at the exact same position as it was on the printed paper, bill, when I picked the vehicle up (I topped it up before returning), but the owner of this location was lying about the gas gauge being in a different position and threatened me that I would be charged over $30 dollars directly from you if I don't go to an atm machine and pay him CASH $10 dollars. In order to avoid any problems I ended up giving cash on top of the agreed price. This is a very shady location and your company should look into this. There are others who experienced the same, they left reviews at Google.

Spoke to the gentleman in the shop and he was very helpful. Based on his personally, I felt comfortable to rent truck. If I ever need a truck I will be back, and will be telling others.

As I told this location that I will pay-in Cash and advised location not to chrge my CC, also spoke with Uhaul Customer Sevice and they also left the note on my contract and I also left the voicemail on location's contact number but purposefully location charged my card and when I went there to pay-in cash I asked inspite of note on my contract and I left voicemail then person @ this location replied that " I own this location and not Uhaul " he further told me that " Uhaul has to follow to my terms & conditions, I never follow Ugaul's terms & conditions. As per Uhaul terms & conditions person can pay-in cash too. Worst location to go.

The service was horrible. I received a confirmation email for a 9am pick up and when i arrived no one was at the shop. I didnt leave with the truck until 9:30. The worst part was when I called tge location, the worker told me "you have to wait. I will be there in 10 minutes. You can wait or go to another location." This is the worst service ever and will never ever be renting a truck here again! Extremely disappointed and shocked.

The vehicle was rented late to the previous owner because the Uhaul person arrived 2 hours late at the store for their rental. My rental was then also 2 hours late.

Took over 40 minutes to get the contract done and pick up the vehicle. As the truck had 140,000 miles and a lot of damage I asked if it had been checked as I had a long drive. Within minutes of leaving the radiator light came on, the vehicle smelled like anti freeze and had barely any compression as well as a very bouncy front end. The light shut off after a few minutes but the smell remained. I called and he told me it was the only truck that size available in the area so I had no choice but to keep it. Loaded it and within an hour the light returned. I called the depot again and was told if it wasn't over heating I'd be fine just drive with the window down for the anti freeze smell. 9.5 hours of this pure hell!

When I got to the rental place they seemed very unprepared. He didn't know why I was there, they hadn't gotten my booking yet. It was unnerving to think that I would have to leave without the truck I needed. It worked out in the end, he refreshed the page and my order popped up.The trucks windows were covered in grease on the inside. The gentleman who helped me was kind and respectful at least, but after experiencing this place and a full service Uhaul location, I will never use one of these satillite places again. I will always go to the full service locations.

The location was changed but no written notice was given until moving day and after the scheduled pick up time! I was called on my way to the other Uhaul location by the owner of this one and had no written notice about the location change. There was no way to verify if this was a legitimate request. I had to wait for the truck to be swept out because it was not left clean and made sure to be cleaned ahead of my arrival. The location change was the most inconvenient part because it made the move take longer and harder to coordinate with the movers. Since I had no choice in moving times and had to settle for something earlier than expected with the movers, this was a very stressful moving experience that started with Uhaul. If a customer requests a location and you say a truck will be there then make it happen. Don't inform them last minute and make the moving experience that much more difficult.
