Honestly, it was great all around. I honestly don't know if it can be improved upon, unless you go outside the normal. Everything was truly great. [Give incentive for dropping off with more gas, put free use of furniture cart, or maybe have a custom gas gauge that shows really small increments... just something lagniappe. But these things are not needed for me to rate it 5/5.]

I returned the truck after hours and when I received the final bill I was charged for equipment that I did not rent and charged twice for the dolly that I did rent. I am still trying to get a refund for the over charges 8 days later... Everyone I speak with when I call the store tells me the manager will call me back but I have yet to speak with him/her. Very poor customer service once you have returned the truck.

The vehicle was already damaged and unclean when I rented. The person at the store who gave me the vehicle refused to check with me for the damages before I drive out . They charged me for the damages I didn’t make bcz I didn’t purchase their insurance plan . They also charged me 4 days rent even though I took the vehicle for just one day. Very poor customer service . The 1 800 gouhaul number answers only after a minimum of 30 mnts call wait on the phone line.

I was glad that the vehicle was available and I returned it after 25 miles and about 5 hours use. The rental assistant could have been a little courteous and come across as caring. I have been using U HAUL for quite some time and it works out well

I had set my pickup time at 3:30 pm. At 2 pm I knew I was going to be running late and tried to call the phone number given by uhaul for the facility. The phone number did not work. I called Uhaul but could not get through to a customer representative. I arrived at the location at 4:00 pm. A field manager just happened to be at the location. At first he tried to say that the truck for my rental had not arrived yet. He then tried to say that if I had been at the facility on time I would have had a truck. He asked if I had tried to call. No apology or explanation for the incorrect phone number for the facility. The representatives of the facility said they did not represent uhaul and only rented the trucks. They too gave no explanation for the incorrect phone number. I have rented trucks from uhaul many times and have never been treated in such a rude manner. I understand if you do not show for a rental you cannot expect for the equipment to be available forever but when a phone number is given for a location and it is incorrect and no explanation I do not expect to be treated rudely. I should not be told "Well you should have been here on time."

I wish the online portal would’ve had the mileage rate as well it may have been a glitch on my end. Also if I’m paying for mileage why do I have to fill up the tank? The 30$ for mileage would’ve easily filled it up

Deals for returning the vehicle in less hours. Decrease the price for each mile, 1.09$/mile is too much since gas price has gone up

Keep Christina at the front desk. Those eyes are insatiably captivating. Felt like I was taking a leisurely stroll on a nice beach, they are so wonderfully blue-ish. And Camille is superb at servicing and making it look easy. The guy with long jet black hair appeared to fit right in too, didn't get his name. Albeit, I'm sure he carried the good customer service gene too. I loooooooove that even when they were busy with another customer when I walked in, they took the time to acknowledge me and let me know they would be right with me. It made the wait time very bearable, and that's hard to find these days. Annnnnnnnnnnnd last but not least, they were showing one of my favorite channels when I came in. THE FOOD CHANNEL!!!!! So that made the wait time pass like the blink of an eye.

I was told at check in the truck had 1/4 tank of gas and I would be charged a lot extra if it was not returned with 1/4. When I started the truck it had 1/8, in my opinion slightly less. I alerted the agent and she said if I brought the truck back with 1/4 I would receive a $8 credit. I attempted to fill to 1/4 and was slightly short. I bought $6.75 of gas; I drove 9 MILES! I asked for the credit and was denied. for me to get to 1/4 I may have need to spend $9. This is not right. I returned the truck with more gas that it had and received no compensation.
