Everything went fine until I went to turn it back in. Website was difficult and kept sending back error messages. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with customer service, who was very helpful and got it straightened out. But then received an email a couple days later stating the account was never closed out and showing I had not returned the truck. Finally received an email 5 days later saying the account was finally closed.
