I reserved a 26 ft. in mid September the day before we were to pick up the truck we got a phone call saying that they didn't have a 26ft only a 20 ft. The people who I called at U-haul were not the most understanding I have to say. They did find me a 26 ft. And gave me 20 extra miles, by the way it took a round trip for my car to pick up the truck so I should of been compensated for, seeing as the original pickup was only 2 miles from my home. Other than that I am very pleased everyone else was wonderful to work with. You should be very proud of your employees.

Very Questionable and seedy, I was standing there waiting for an employee (owner?) locate the vehicle on computer system and one employee was drinking his 7-up and then spit on the floor a few feet away from me ... While I was thinking this is very disgusting he did it again ..... a second employee retrieved the truck keys checked in the vehicle. ... I would never send my adult daughter into this place...not even to drop off the key.

The truck was parked in a way the was very difficult to get out of. The cab was filthy. The process to use the automated pickup was a terrible experience the website asked me to log in however I was unable to click in the user ID/Email box to enter information after I clicked from the email to start the process. I called customer service and they were not helpful at all. The rental place was not open on Saturdays so again no help.

So when we picked up the truck we inquired with the office, if we needed the truck for an additional day if we were able to. We were informed yes and that it would be an additional cost, which was fine with us. So the next day an hour after my truck was scheduled to be dropped off I get a call from the drop off place asking me very rudley where is the truck and why I'm not on time because they had another customer waiting for my truck. To me this was not MY issue since I was originally informed that I could pay for an additional day for the truck by the pick up office and the drop off location should have more then one truck available to customers. I didn't appreciate how the caller from the drop off location was rushing me asking me about a time frame of drop off. A SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR!!! after he hung up on me because I informed him that I could give a time frame, a supervisor from UHAUL corp office called me asking about the truck and rushing me in the drop off time and not really listening to me. They were more concerned on getting the truck back soon for the waiting customer which was not my fault that they did not plan truck availability properly. The high light of this whole ordeal was after I became so upset because this supervisor was very insensitive to my own concerns and how I was being rushed for something I was paying for, she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet! I couldn't believe that! . I'm in management myself and I would never ever tell a customer that. After that comment I refused to speak with her and asked for her manager of which I was told was on a call. Which to me was BS I have used UHAUL many times before but after this experience I would never use them again.

Location/office was very smokey. Cigarette smoke. Clothes reeked of it. Lack of customer service. Had to come around counter and transact business at a desk. Entry to office was very difficult to locate. No signage. Business feels as if in a remote location.
