hard to locate this franchise on your website, ie i type "terrebonne, qc" its found, if "montreal,qc" is not found... makes no sense... super convenient to me and operating hours are excellent, Stephen was very helpful. concern about leaving a hidden key in a van after hours.. a drop box is safer?

Stephanne B.The person was 1h30 late to my rental, said is debit machine was not working so had me make him an interact e-transfer for the amount due and double charged me on my credit car even tho i said i did not want anything charged on there. Now im speaking with him to get a refund on my car and he wont do anything. I will be contacting customer service very shortly to try and fix this issue which is clearly not professional and or acceptable.
