Same wonderful service. No issues or complaints

Associates at pickup were very rude and unhelpful. Truck had damages that were not marked or in the pictures. When I called them to tell them they argued that everything was marked and noted. After much convincing they finally came out to see the areas I was talking about and marked them. I should not have to beg someone to do their job when I'm paying for a service. I was the one who was at risk for paying for damages that I didn't create and they should have been happy to help me. The truck was very dirty inside and out. It took me an hour and a half to wash the windows and the inside of the truck so my wife would even get in it. I had to use an automotive bug remover to get everything off the windshield so I could even see. The inside had dried up liquid Stains all over the dash and cup holders. The seats were very dirty. I had to clean and armor-all the entire interior before using the truck. I would have thought with COVID standards being what they are the truck would have been cleaned out.

There were loose sunflower seeds in the drivers door that I left when I returned vehicle. Also, very disappointing to find that this particular uhaul did not come with a ramp and had to lift everything up into the uhaul. I returned a day earlier than scheduled. Feel like I should get a discount due to the items mentioned above.

Minor, just stating them to be thorough: 1. Small issue with cleanliness of truck (trash behind passenger seat 2. Truck and key were not in locations where on-line check-in picture indicated 3. Couldn't find the key at first and called a regional office ... still waiting for a return call 4. I had personal issues following the on-line check-in process. My bad!

There is another one the same distance. customer service was more friendly. I have gone there before and only signed up for this one by accident on line. I could hardly hear the sales person on the phone even with speaker on high. At the other place they were there to answer questions. . Here it was heres the keys by now.

Poor customer service, cannot trust people at this location. Please make sure that you take pictures of the van before you leave the place while returning otherwise they will charge you for nothing. I'm not sure how there is a fuel charge after filling the gas on what I owe them. They will never respond to the calls and rude responses, please save your money by not renting at this location!

Staff was literally ASLEEP behind the desk @11am????? I need a job there! Not helpful at all - I had to make calls to figure out a drop off and finally called corporate 800#. 24hr. drop off but not allowed to drop outside the gate? Staff then lied and said he called his DM (BS because I am sure it was the opposite) and said his DM would pick up the trailer so as not to leave it "outside" the gate - funny because I went out to eat lunch 2 days later and guess what - the trailer was still in the EXACT spot I dumped it - outside the gate. I used U-haul for the longest time on numerous occasions but will NEVER use again and will let others know of the horrible customer service.
