The automated process is clunky. I prefer a customer counter. It was a challenge to get in the trick. The lot is a field and the truck was parked in mud and it was a struggle to get out. Tires spun in the mid it took some work to get it off the lot. Once we got the truck it was all fine.
The storagemlot we returned it to is a muddy mess. We had no interaction with people there.
The whole contactless pick up crap is ridiculous. 2 HOURS to pick the truck up...

No problem with car hauler or service, I do have a problem with the price. $357 total to rent a $5000 dollar car hauler trailer I think was a lot too much I rented a $25000 car for a week last year for $225.

The location was closed for four days upon my arrival. I was told by the pick up location to leave the unit , photograph the unit and time stamp. I did. I also made a video recording
Ordered on short notice. Was given upgrade due to unavailability of desired vehicle. vehicle was due back 0830 8/27 due to another rental, that person backed out. Was notified by Rich that I had addition 4 hours to return until more charges were due. This helped me greatly. Very professional service by Rich.

I thought it was expensive. I had to put gas in and pay for the mileage. I personally could not use any services like this to move long distance. I wouldn't have the money. Overall the uhaul service was good.
