the site was drop off only.. no uhaul personnel there. This was my first experience, so I was not sure what to do. I am glad I had a lock with me, since the additional equipment was my responsibility so I needed to keep it secure. I did not know that coming in. I blame my in-experience for the misunderstanding, but it was still frustrating...

Auto pick doesn’t even work when I tried. I will have to do it manually again to get truck. I came in at 4 pm to pick up. Couldn’t do anything until 5pm. I almost wasted 1 hour in cold weather, Inorder to get my rental truck. I would never do auto pickup with Uhcl. I wasted my precious time while moving stuff. Literally I got my truck at 5 when it was promised at 4. There was no signs which says UHAUL to contact. Luckily I found the guy at 5. As promised u guys didn’t keep up ur word for gurenteed reservation. Which says $50 if we don’t deliver it on time. It’s up to u now. if u can’t do anything I would contact my Cregit card people. I literally spent 1 hour when it’s snowing. It did literally waste my time energy and got sick with cold. I am doing this survey from Urgent care rt now.

I was very satisfied the service was above my expectations. I didn’t have rope and a few other things the gentleman ask me the question and then presented me with a discount to add the items Incase I needed them for heavy items that I hadn’t considered with moving. Great support

The trucks were in two separate locations, one that was very obvious, and another that was incredibly well hidden. There should have been clearer directions for finding the other trucks, particularly for people doing self-checkout after 5pm

I was not supplied with the dolly I had ordered, and the truck had not been cleaned; the cargo box was dirty and there was literal trash in it. Further, the truck needed an oil change and a new muffler (it was loud enough that my father, who was rated at 85% hearing loss 30 years ago could tell it was shot while driving behind us), and the windshield washers were inoperable. The truck had clearly not been inspected to the normal U-Haul standards, which I usually have found to be exemplary in my past rentals. Unlike Penske, who once rented me a truck with no right turn circuit...

I had a little trouble finding the truck. The location of the truck number was different than described on the web site. Also, the location wasn't described in detail. Overall, a great experience.

Even thought the payment system was down, Charlie went above and beyond to make sure I can get my truck on time. He was very helpful and kind and it made our move so much more pleasant. The truck was very clean and easy to drive. Great experience overall!

I was very happy with the interaction, except for two main problems. When I left with the truck, I was under the impression that the dolly was in the back of the truck (always has been at other locations where all you do is break the zip tie), but to my surprise it wasn't. I had to turn around and drive a few extra miles out of the way to get this from the location. All the while I'm thinking to myself, surely the business will see that this isn't my fault and maybe comp me for the few extra miles or something, but nope. When I return the truck, I swore the needle was on Full, but I got charged an extra 6.50 for 2 gallons of gas. Those 2 gallons are probably what I wasted driving back to the station to pick up what I should've already been given. The funny thing is, I even thought to take a picture of it and didn't. While I see both sides of the issue here regarding the dolly, it is always the business' responsibility if I leave without something I ordered as they should be the last line of defense making sure that I am good to go.

Very helpful and friendly to check in and out. This location is a mini-mart/gas station. It is not well signed and I missed the location and was late picking up my truck. I called customer service and the rep. was helpful in re-directing me. U-Haul needs a bigger signage at those locations! Truck was new and pristine clean and fresh smelling. Thank you!

Supremely poor experience from the beginning to end: 1- pick up location changed without my knowledge and only came to realize that after having waited 1.5 hrs in line 2- an hour commute to the 'new' pick up location and waited another hour before processing 3- enroute, realized the tank was 1/4 full rather than 1/2 as noted in the paperwork 4- returned the truck early from goodness of my heart, filled it to 1/2 full despite being inaccurate as stated 5- Final receipt incorrectly marks the fuel gauge and charges me another $6. You people are thieves and have an awful service. I will make it my mission to get the word out on every social media every day until someone in your company calls me to apologize and give me a full refund for the most awful experience you people subjected me to without any reason other than your complete incompetence or care.
