Inform the customer A seven pin to four pin lightning connector is needed I had to purchase a $14 adapter to plug your trailer lights into my vehicle when I already have two of the adapters at home on my trailers. I would’ve thought the trailer rental place would be to able to accommodate a seven or four pin plug without the customer having to spend an additional $14 to plug trailer lights

Gil Roys’ work crew was unprofessional. The manager left someone who didn’t know what they were doing to check me out and it took an extra ten minutes of waiting and the workers complaining to finally get someone to do their job. They definitely tried the “woman card” on me by telling me i had to purchase the 4 pin extension adapter and it took me calling my brother to get it turned around. Definitely would not go back here for a U-Haul again and would not recommend someone to do so either.

I was going one way, and I asked where was the closest Uhaul rental business was to drop the truck off when I was finished and they could not tell me, I had to locate that on my own. For better customer service I would recommend that you follow through for the coustomer. so its very easy. Thanks

Over charged my account by nearly $300 and now I have to wait 3-5 days to get it back. Do not click the save money button online, it's a lie to their customers. And the service representatives for uhaul are a joke

I would like to know why I was charged 1.10 for extra miles when I was told when I reserved the truck that all miles were included. I dont appreciate being told one thing and then being charged more money!

A lot of wait time and confusion over the rental. Not entirely their fault, but Uhaul sent me to the wrong rental site. I should have been sent to the Hitchin Post which actually had my order. Then my order was cancelled and they had to reinput. It was kind of a mess.I was back and forth across town getting the truck from one site and the trailer from another. You could do much better. I did end up with an old truck and much harder to drive (a lot of play in the wheel), larger than I wanted. But it all turned out okay. I think the ordering system should be upgraded.

My only negative comment is that when I entered the store to drop off the trailer, they asked me to park it in the row by the other trailers. I said that I didn't know how to back it up well enough to get it into a small space and a young lady at the check out counter said in a nasty tone, "Well that sounds like a personal problem." Then a very kind older gentleman who was also a store employee said he would gladly park it for me and he did.

Your online rental setup sucks it took forever to even let me rent the trailer also your specs for vehicle tow capacities is way off as a mechanic I can tell you do not use the factory tow ratings of vehicles when you set up your matrix. The people at the store were great but if I would have had any other option you would have not gotten my business and will be a last resort in the future for my rental needs.

The employees were fantastic. Unfortunately, only one of the three trailers that were available worked with my 2017 Ram. The issue was with the electrical connection. My Ram had 1032 miles on the odometer. My issue is that the other trailers were apparently not maintained. If one worked then they all should. Again, the employees attempted every fix that they could in an effort to help me. Also, each time that I stopped for fuel or a break, I had to retighten the hitch as it backed off a few clicks. Reported this problem to the place that I dropped it off in Harrisburg, PA. Very pleased with all employees. Not happy with the equipment and will probably look elsewhere when I make my next move.
