The guys at the pickup location were very knowledgeable and helpful. No fluff - just good info. This is a smaller facility and they don't sell supplies. They will point you to a shipping company just a couple blocks away if you need boxes, etc. The trailer was an older unit and wouldn't have won any beauty contests. It pulled well and straight. Kept everything dry even in a driving rain storm in MO.

When asked about drop offf location the clerk told me I could drop it off at any Uhaul location, but I received a text shortly after leaving the store which gave me a specific location to drop off. Which is correct information?

UHaul store personnel were three hours late to open the store. When he arrived, the assistant was undertrained and unprofessional. He made four attempts to manage my UHaul reservation/lease on his computer but was having technical problems. He cursed repeatedly and eventually told me that he doesn’t know what to tell me. At that point I called the local customer service hub in Mobile, AL. The representative was helpful and in only a couple minutes. I reported to the agent at Broxsons and he was able to finalize my lease. The truck cab was covered in dog hair and cigarette ashes. Fortunately the customer service representative in Mobile offered me a $70 refund for my troubles.

I did not receive the equipment I asked for. The seat belts in the front of the truck were cut. The store was not open when I went to return the truck though it was within business hours. I was charged for the missing equipment though I told them it wasn't there. The store has not answered my phone calls since charging me.

The person I spoke to didn't have what I needed but he took the extra step and called around for me and found every thing I needed. Called me several times to make sure I was satisfied. And he had the best customer service I've ever received. You are lucky to have him on your team. He works in the fort Walton store in Florida.

This location chosen by UHaul was much further away than necessary. Service was very slow despite the fact that I was the only one there (took almost an hour, but should have taken less than 10 minutes). They couldn't print a receipt for me with critical info (vehicle mileage, tank fill, time, etc.). Vehicle was filthy (difficult to see through windshield, cab covered with splatter bugs, etc.). Dings and scratches not noted on contract (I.e., had to go around vehicle to capture the condition before I took the vehicle).

Dropped trailer off after closing however, Seth just happened to be in ordering product . He could have ignored us and went about his business but this wasn't the case. He came out, told us where to put the equipment and completed my transaction instead of having me return in the am. Now THAT is customer service and is what brings return customers. Thank you
