First let me state I was robbed by the company/uhaul who I rented this equipment from. I called in advanced told the gentleman what I needed and where I needed to go and asked him what it would cost me. He stated $138 now don't get me wrong I knew it would be a mileage fee of a flat rate and that was what I though I was getting when the gentleman charged my credit card friday night but at a price of $658! Who in the hell would go for almost a dollar a mile? I believe because I was a woman and a black woman I was robbed not counting $185 in gas I put in the truck to get to and from my destination. I expect someone to contact me and explain why the price went from $138 to $248 now $658 dollars and if its truly was about business then I should have been told what the bottom line price would be and not charged something different after I returned. Mileage was never discussed and I was never told it would extra due to mileage after I returned the truck. I priced a truck and a trailer with another local company and the truck was only going to cost me $240 dollars for 24 hours round trip and the trailer only $55. This is called research and as a black woman we always have to cross our T's and dot our I's because of these type of situations. Did I try to call the gentleman to see what was going on and why my credit card was charged addition fees but no one would return my call or I was told he was not in the office. This is not professional. Respectfully, Ms. George

The truck was eating up oil and doesn't seem like it has been serviced in a long time.

Over charged me for mileage. I did not go over on miles. I should have only been charged only for gas, because i dud not find a convenient location to refuel. But i did not go over on miles and was charged over $300. I hope this is resolved immediately.

The worst trip I ever had. The tow dolly was in bad ship. I could not make regular turns without hitting my vehicle.....the chains hung to low dragging on the road. If i tried to shorten them it would cut down on my turning clearance. It was not bad enough that I had to drive an hour to pick the dolly up ...the place was out in the middle of nowhere. I had to pull it to my vehicle and hook it up. The ground was a sand gravel pit. You can imagine how hard that was in 100% heat. NO help.

Went above and beyond in helping because company hired to help unload UHaul never contacted me and by the time I found someone through MovingHelp, it was a bit past my time. It helped make things less stressful. Would recommend them.
