Staff was prompt and helpful. Only reason I rated the location overall average was the facility. This location was typical or normal for this size town and volume. So just fine for the city.

Lights on trailer were not working correctly. Trailer was filthy inside. Roller doors did not work properly.

JEFF Z.Easy check in and pick up. Easy drop off. They only hiccup was the online checkin app 'lost' my DL front side photo but not the back. The person at the counter at pickup quickly took a new picture and fixed it. I was on my way minutes later.
