After offered a truck at $19.99 I asked if there was any other bigger one at that price. He said yes, gave me that truck, but when I returned I found out it was $29.99. Not good.

Make the mileage on the vehicle is the same in the ticket when customer picks up. Remove previous trash from vehicle before giving keys to next customer.

Uhaul are CROOKS - They are LIARS - 1st - when you reserve to pick up at a SPECIFIC location they come back the day before and say PSYCH! You must pick up in a whole different county - 2nd - i was supposed to get up 2 days and pay for one - it was a CLEAR option shi was reserving it - when i went to bring the truck back- PSYCH!!! They lied AG AS IN and charged me for 2 days - they baited me and LIED!! I was even sent a confirmation email saying I had up to a certain date / time to bring it back - LIARS AS ND CROOKS - VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED. FOOL ME ONCE!

Very nice staff at this location and I have an in Normas parking lot. They should probably be authorized to have additional vehicles One bit of feedback, I was renting this vehicle on a week to week basis for my business, and when I attempted to rent for another week, the day before it was due to be returned, I was told that I had met the maximum number of rental extensions So I returned the vehicle, only to rent it again as soon as I returned it to the location. My Feedback is that it would’ve been nice had I’ve been told the week prior, that this was my last extension, and that I would have to return to the original went to location. It wasn’t a big problem but it did upset my schedule considerably having to bring it back and then renew it on less than one days notice All in all you guys provide a great service and I am very happy. I have expanded my business with the use of your vehicle in a very measured way and I will soon by a truck of my own I felt like I was living to a commercial, where u haul Helped

I picked up the keys at the New Rochelle location. Because it was before opening hours, I used the app to get the keys out of the lockbox. Inside the lockbox were two sets of keys, both of which were different styles. One set had a piece of paper attached to it. I assumed the set that didn't have the paper attached went to the glove box, hatch lock, etc. An employee from the New Rochelle location called me a couple of hours after I picked up the uhaul and asked if I found two set of keys in the box. I said yes, and the employee said that the second pair was mistakenly put in the box and that it went to a different piece of equipment. He said it was fine if I dropped the keys off at my drop location in Brooklyn. I said that I would. Two hours later, he calls back and says that he needs the keys back to the New Rochelle location same-day. I told him I was 2 hours drive away and it was logistically impossible for me to come back to New Rochelle that day as I had to go to work. I offered to meet him somewhere, but he said the only option was for me to drive to New Rochelle that day. Otherwise, I would be charged $150. I asked to speak with his supervisor. I tried to call his supervisor (Louis) at 917-951-9843, but he did not answer. Louis called me back later and told me that I need to bring the keys back today. I explained his employee told me originally that I could return the keys to the Brooklyn location. The supervisor said he was unaware that the employee told me I could return the keys to Brooklyn. The supervisor said he would talk to the employee and call me back. He never did (as of 2 hours later as I type this). Both the employee and supervisor at the New Rochelle location were extremely rude and did not treat me with the respect that a customer deserves. I am very disappointed with me experience with uhaul and the New Rochelle location. If I do receive a charge of $150 for not returning the key same-day, I will dispute with my credit card company. I have already filed a complaint with uhaul.

I was charged for gas even tho I filled it higher than when I started. I had noted to the agent that it was under 3/4 tank, he said just leave where you got it - I did better! The window knob in drivers crank was missing, it made opening the window difficult the true warning lights indicated constantly. The cab smelled! I am a frequent user, please heed my concerns!

When I pulled into the location, there's was sign that says to remain in your vehicle. I did. No one came out. I went in. I dropped off my keys and was told they would process the return. An hour later I received my final invoice and was mistakenly charged $40 for an additional day. I called the location back. They said they couldn't refund me and to call 1800-UHUAL (which is the wrong number). A simple look at the contract would have shown that I returned the vehicle on time. I'm not trying to be overly critical. The associates at the location were friendly and helpful at the time, but I was disappointed that I was incorrectly charged and had to call two different numbers to rectify the situation. On a separate note, my bigger complain was with the pickup of the uhual. I made the reservation and received a text confirming the date, time and location of the pickup. Then, just for peace of mind, I called that location to confirm. They told me they had no truck for me. So i called the 800 number and eventually found a truck at a different location (thanks to the great service by Janise. she saved me). But if I would not have called to confirm at the original location, I would have showed up and been out of luck. And it was a Sunday. Most other locations were closed. Is there a way to actually confirm truck availability so customers can have piece of mind? Moving is stressful enough. It would be nice to know that uhaul is dependable in such times.
