I thought the staff were very efficient. As soon as they saw you pull up to the gate they were ready to assist. The online booking really saved time and avoided any disappointment if the equipment was not available. The trailer I rented did the job and then some. Much appreciated.

New 2016 cargo van, clean, people at the desk were patient explaining things on the cargo van, drop off easy with drop box, billing was accurate and fast, buying back unused boxes is wonderful

Rented a pick up to tow my boat, far more truck than needed, this truck could tow 4 of my boats so it was simple. Only glitch was the trailer plug for the lights would not fit the receptor plug of the truck, only had to tow 20klm so it wasn't a big deal.

I found that there was a huge line-up when I went to pick up my truck. I used the pre-check in process which was emailed to me the day before my pick-up, but it failed to expedite my pick-up. The woman working was very busy and a little short with some clients because of it. The guy helping us was new and not familiar with the process of paying for the truck with a debit card instead of the credit card we secured the booking with, thus creating an extra time delay for us. Also the truck was switched at the last minute to a US truck which wasn't a problem but both trucks had a quarter tank of gas or less. Now we had to stop for gas, which was annoying, before we could continue with our move. Also the truck was not clean, although there was no trash in it, it was dirty.

An absolutely horrible experience this weekend after having been a solid customer for some time. The young and clearly unbalanced punk (Marcel Clements) who checked the trailer back in was aggressive, rude, threatening and just overall unacceptable. There were 4 of us in the truck watching and listening in disbelief; I am including the email that will be sent to head office and to the manager of this particular location Today I returned a utility trailer at 2:30 p.m. It had been rented on Friday, May 6 at 11:58 a.m. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted by an aggressive, confrontational young man who chastised me for being late, told me I was being charged an extra day and began unhitching the trailer from my truck himself. When I told him I wanted to keep the trailer for the day if I was being charged, he told me no, and that I had to leave. I was specifically told that the trailer was still available, but that I could not continue to use it despite being charged for a full day (having been 2.5 hours late). Confused at being treated like a criminal at the local Uhaul, I mentioned that I was a regular customer throughout the summer, to which he replied that he didn't need my business. I am appalled. It is not about the $20.00 charge. Immediately upon arriving I was treated like an obstinate child who needed to be taught a lesson rather than a loyal customer. I was scolded without so much as a hello. I was denied a service I paid for. I cannot fathom that your company, or any company, would condone their employees speaking to a customer the way yours spoke to me. The accusatory, confrontational posture was unprofessional in the extreme and unacceptable.
