You double billed me. I paid before I received the truck and was charged when I returned it. I even put gas in the vehicle before I returned it. I will tell all of my friends and business associates about the horrible service I received from Uhaul.

I dropped of the truck the same night I rented and put the key in the drop slot. I was still charged an extra day because the representative "made a lot of mistakes" that day. Very inconvenient. Poor business

I was charged for three days and only had truck for two. I cleaned truck better than I recieved it the morning I returned it and was still charged a cleaning fee as well. I am pretty sure I didn't drive anywhere near the 50 miles I was charged but didn't pre check the miles to make sure they matched on check out so my fault on that but I don't expect to be over charged either. Usually I have good experiences with uhaul but not this time.

Was charged more than the price I was given they even charged me a cleaning fee for a piece of glass that they said was left in the trunk let me just clear something up I walKed and made sure the entire truck was clean I did however turn the trunk in at night how am I to see a clear piece of glass from a picture frame a total ripoff I will never ever use there service again after even speaking with the manage Williamson he made matters even worse with the I don't care attitude

The mileage on the paper was 33 miles less than the truck which can happen, However once I received my paper work the cost was incorrect and the Service person told me that once I returned the truck the correct amount would be charged to my account.
