Better train and develop the staff so they have the knowledge and skill necessary to do their jobs. We, along with 2 other customers waited 30+ minutes to get serviced. Our reservation was for 9am. We finally left with a truck around 9:45am.

I was told that bringing it back a little late was okay. It took a lot of time to log the drop off as well. I tried to log off the first time from my phone and it froze my phone completely. I tried to reset it and see and did it again and I actually had to use the other person's phone to check the vehicle back in. The man at the counter also asked me if I had an Android phone which I did. He then made reference to that being why I wasn't able to pick it up on a 24 hour rental or the self check in option that morning.

The gentleman at the counter was very rude when asked about a 80 charge he put in my credit card which he kept arguing saying it was not there and in turn it was. Will not rent from this place again

I was at the U-Haul location at 8am to do self pick up, when I pressed pick up my truck, it says equipment is unavailable at this time. I had to wait until 9am when they opened & then the person did not show up for his shift. Had to wait till management got there & he didn't even apologize. I waited 2 hrs for a U-Haul I will never use U-Haul again

I reserved my truck a month in advance with the self service pickup option. I arrived at the location at 845 to do the pickup and was unable to complete the transaction because the equipment was not assigned. I contacted the local number listed on the website Godfrey (757)218-1844. This person was not very helpful I was told that even though I have a self service pickup option I still had to go in the store to do the contract. I thought that self service a. Is suppose to be a 24 option by uhaul and b. Don’t be by the customer(self-service). I then went into the location which opened at 9:00am to complete my contract but there was not a customer service rep for uhaul at the location. I had to wait over 45 mins for someone to show up to complete the contract. I feel this is very inconsiderate to me as a customer because I had to pay the movers more money due to your companies employees failure to come in to work on time. As well as failure for the respresentatives of your company to complete their work; the truck I reserved should have been ready for my to pick up. I am very disastrous with the customer service or lack there of with you company.

This location is very dirty and the amp.oyee chuck was very condescending. If jihad to pickup a haul at this location again I would rent from Penske- worst experience in 30 years of using uhaul

The UHaul website is deceptive about how much the actual cost will be. The site stated the first 100 miles was free but when they printed my receipt the entire 125 estimated miles was .59/mile. It is dishonest and unethical to not be upfront and truthful about the actual cost of the rental!

The right window knob fell off, and needs to be secured. The truck was easy to drive and clean. When we returned the vehicle at 8pm all the parking spots were blocked by group of people who wanted the truck key, however I deposited key as I had been instructed.
