The uhaul "center" 2 miles away was terrible. Equipment was reserved and lights didn't work. Scorpion had me on the road in minutes. Avoid the uhaul center and rent from Scorpion if you want working equipment and good service.

Give primary authority for booking reservations back to the customer facing people at the local office. Do your equipment “optimization” behind the scenes like the airlines do. Keep all the “noise” away from the customer.

The lady there went out of her way to find us a truck at the last minute after we had made a mistake online ordering a rental. If it wasn't for her spending the time with us to help us get what we needed I don't know what we would have done. It was a long distance one way rental. She really cared and was so awesome!!!! Site rep spent alot of his own time trying to correct Uhaul's change in rates which would have almost doubled the reserved quote. For some reason Uhaul changed their rates between when I reserved the equipment and when I picked it up. Uhaul corporate's initial solution to charge me an promise to reimburse me the difference was unacceptable and the site rep had the burden of fixing corporate's error. Please remove the Manitoba snake design from your trucks. I hate snakes and having to look at giant ones staring at me every time I approached the truck was repulsive. Not to mention all the weird looks I got from almost every passerby.

I don’t understand why but I was charged an additional $133.95. Despite returning the trailer well before the terms of the rental agreement. There are other charges here on my receipt that don’t make any sense to me. $45 cleaning charge? Why am I being charged for that, I returned the trailer in the condition that I received it. I need that money back. Ive gone through your company numerous times and have always had a positive experience until today. Please contact me, I would like to make this right. Thank you.

Chuck, my customer representative was not helpful at all. My car broke down, I had to rent a dolly to pick it up, and I couldn't get back to get the deposit. I asked if he would mail it to me and he said no it's against their policy. 2 weeks later I go back to get my deposit and he said there's no cash available you're going to have to come back in an hour. I couldn't come back in an hour. I live in Suffolk and had already drove 40 miles. He said ww will mail it to you. Of course I got upset because I asked him to mail it to me 2 weeks ago and he wouldn't but today suddenly he can mail it. He was very abrupt, rude and I had a terrible experience.

Fix the stairs that lead to the entrance door. You have t step onto cement blocks to elevate to the entrance level. F or a person with a back condition, it can be risky
