I feel that as a company your advertising is way off from your actual price.and your company website is incompetent .took over an hour to rent a truck.

arrived to get the rental and the attendant overcharged me and asked why and he couldn't answer the question said if I returned the rental before 6pm maybe the girl could answer the question. the rental had an exhaust leak and no power when driving. Explained to the girl with no gesture of customer service.

Order was requested to be picked up at a main hub with hitch supplies and a convenient location, but was sent to the middle of nowhere which had no supplies. Sent me to another uhaul to buy supplies but insisted I come back for their trailer when the other store had the same trailer available. Disappointed that I was used to solve Uhauls inventory management issues, and paid my time and gas money to do it.

I'm not usually one to complain, however I was extremely disappointed by my reservation. My ACTUAL Pick Up reservation was: Friday, September 12, 2014 Ace Hardware Canton 7138 Fulton Dr NW Canton, OH 44718 (330) 833-7270 But when I went there to pick up my Uhaul at the Ace Hardware, the clerk told me I was not in their system. I looked through my email quickly to look for a confirmation email where I then saw that Uhaul for some reason CHANGED my pick up reservation to Castle Self Storage. It was 5:40pm at this point and Castle Self Storage closes at 6pm. We luckily hurried and made it in time, however it was an overall hassle.

The service was slow, the guy didn't know what he was doing and tried to charge me way over the price of what I had reserved and was quoted online. He over marked the gas gauge. It took close to an hour just to pay for the vehicle. He did not seem very well trained. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

This location was the "closest" location, per a Uhaul representative. I made my reservation for the most convenient location 8 days in advance of my move, but Uhaul only had a truck available at a location 25 minutes away from me. This storage facility - for lack of a better way of putting it - is a rinky-dink storage facility with only ONE employee working. I would not recommend this 3rd party location.

I reserved a 17 foot uhaul. The unit i received was 14'2" on loading floor. Well short of the advertised 17 foot. If you add the attic space it then totaled 16'10". This is false advertising and I will never rent from uhaul again.

In scheduling my pick-up on-line, I had selected a location convenient for me. The day before my pick-up, U-haul then moved my pick-up 10 miles away to S. Main St in Akron. On the day of pick-up, this location didn't have a truck for me at the appointed time. U-haul has credited me $50 for "my troubles," and found a truck for me that morning (another 10 miles away). However, I have trouble understanding why a choice was offered to me online (convenient pick-up location), when that wasn't actually available. Plus, I confirmed via phone the day before with the pick-up center. How they could confirm the truck for me, and then not have it is also very confusing.

I was supposed to pick up trailer on Lincolnway Massillon Ohio. Was sent an email, but since I was traveling never received the email. Went to Lincolnway to pick up trailer and was informed I had to travel another 20 miles to get it. I did an express check in online, and then had to do the complete check in again over the phone, because the person at Castle did not know how to do the check in and had to call U Haul to do it. This ended up costing me another half hour. With the travel time, driving from Massillon, to North Canton, and back to Massillon, and having to do the check in all over again cost me approx 1 1/2 hrs. of lost time. You have express check in online, (which I used) Then WHY did I have to do the check in all over again? I felt by doing the express check in was nothing more then more waste of my time. Also instead of changing the location of pick up online, Maybe it would be better to call the customer and notify them. As like me, I had no internet access while I was traveling. Because of this it cost me another 15 minutes trying to get that straightened out. At the Lincolnway store. So as I see it in total it cost me approx 1hr and 45 min. of lost time, where I could have been getting other things I needed to do done. Was not happy with the service I got with U Haul.

nothing to improve, customer service was excellent ...thank you to everyone at U-Haul, they made my move so much easier. thank you also to Darrell C. the GM at the Ravenna, Ohio U-Haul for helping me get the reservation set-up, he was very professional and polite and explained everything to me...U-Haul is great I have no idea why anyone would ever think of looking to another for their moving needs.

We were double charged and had to wait for the worker at castle storage to get a hold of uhaul. He was on hold for 15 minutes. It was corrected but that was too long in my opinion.
