Equipment was in poor condition, and the location was dirty and congested (similar to a junkyard) Had a small issue with a running light on the equipment falling out of it's socket and had to use duct tape to keep it from falling out (Tow Dolly) Last but not least, I made sure that I "unchecked" safetow when placing the order online (Uhaul webpage) and was billed and charged for it anyway ($50.00) I'm not impressed at all with this particular transaction. The last couple of dealings with Uhaul have been fine and uneventful for the most part. R. Jamieson

we were told that we could drop off the u haul at any centre but received a phone call that we had not dropped our u haul so maybe that area should be looked at for future reference. There was no problem just some people were expecting it to be dropped off at a specific centre.

Rental was set to be picked up at 7 am. I had 5 men sitting and waiting until shop opened at 9:15 (at $15/hour) and then had to wait 20 minutes while lady took all info AGAIN. When truck returned stood there watching lady try to clear up blocked printer. Very poor customer service

Returned the trailer and nobody from this location checked the trailer to verify the return. Subsequently, I got three calls from Uhaul informing me that the trailer had not been returned. I learned later from the location owner that the trailer had been stolen from his property.

You wouldn't let me return the trailer to the Hwy 11 location. You insisted I return it to 581 Lakeshore Dr. House of Blu. This location does not exist!! 1.5 hrs later, 3 phone calls, 5 representatives and finally Matt changed the location to 770 Lakeshore dr. Unacceptable customer service on the return!

Hours are terrible up North to drop off a vehicle. Vehicle did not feel safe because of brakes grinding entire trip. No emergency brake working and staff took way too long to arrange rental. Also staff did not do a circle check with me or even talk about truck... very unprofessional.

The man my husband picked the uhaul up from was so patient and nice he answered all my questions politely despite me calling over 3 times. After this experience I would use Uhaul again for a move. Also the girl who set up my order said that we would be charged .69cents/km which almost made us not choose uhaul but my receipt said a lot Cheaper than that which I appreciate.

The return location was filled with cigarette smoke, the lot was very small and filled with snow, it was not easy to maneuver the trailer into position to unhook. No help was provided to unhook.

Uhaul told us that this location was open at 9, the day before the rental date the location owner called to tell us they would be open at 10. He actually didn't show up until 10:45. I had reserved an appliance dolly as well, and asked if there was one in the truck to which I was told "there should be", there wasn't and when I sent someone back to the location to get one he didn't have one on premises and sent this person to Callander to get one. To top off all of this, while I was at the location waiting for him to boot up his computer, he allowed another customer to smoke in the office 3 feet away from me. This was the worst experience and I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I was overcharged on Kim's. Only used 255 Kim's, or less was charged for 400 Kim's...300 miles. Please advise... & give an explanation if receipt, why charges so high please & thank you.. see if a refund is applicable

Location reeked of cigarettes. Employees were smoking in the shop. They had no idea we were coming, and we had to wait an hour to pick up the trailer. We then had to attach the trailer ourselves. There were no safety rubber stops on the chains, which, we were told by the drop off location, could be a hefty fine. All in all, a rather stressful experience.
