The self check in itakes to long to verify the photo to the drivers license. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get this function to work. To top it off the furniture dolly I requested was not in the truck and I had to drive 1 1/2 miles to another location to pick up the furniture dolly. So I got inconvenienced and charged for mileage that would not have occurred if the furniture dolly was available as requested. Not a happy customer

the truck was dirty inside when I picked it up. when I bought the van back the next day I was a little over an hour late as I had to work the night before. I rushed there and was told that I had to pay for another day...I understand that I was a bit late but I truly feel that was pretty mean, plus when I got my bill via email they charged me for two days of insurance even though I had the van for one day and they charged me for 18 miles and I only drove 6...didn't even need to top off the gas. (they didn't charged me for gas) when I called to talk to them about the extra charges they were really rude and mean. I have called and made complaint with Uhaul customer service, Uhaul customer services were very kind and extremely helpful

The guy working in the office the day I picked up the van was unfriendly and unprofessional. He scratched out the name of the company's representative on the contract. Completely covered it in blue ink. I asked why and he said that person wasn't him and was no longer there. When I asked his name (the name of the person I was talking to right then, his name not the scratched out name) he refused to say. Then he indicated it was time for me to leave. I complained about the name on the contract that he scratched out and, about his refusal to tell me who he was as I walked out the door. He did not repond. It was a very unpleasant experience. He is a very bad person and I will never do business with him or that location again. I've done business with UHaul for decades and will continue to do so. I just won't go back to that location. The guy who was there when I returned the van was very good and I would do business with him but I won't go there again.

Cease working with discount car rental. The car was filthy it smelt bad the man lied I didn't have a reservation and he yelled at me and hung up on me once I shared we accidentally dropped it off at the wrong location.

BE HONEST!!! I ordered 1 dozen furniture pads. It was given to me sealed wrapped in plastic. My mistake was to trust the u-haul agent and never checked the quantity given. When we got to our moving from site and opened the plastic package, there was only 9 furniture pads. It will be a waste to drive back and forth for 13 miles to get 3 more pads, plus the movehelp clock hours is already running.

The owner is 100% rude, lied to me and yelled at me over the phone that because of my services, he lost a customer. He denied that I had called in, after already having rented the uhaul truck, to request the uhaul for an additional day; agreeing on the time (4:00) and date (June 28th) that I had specifically asked for, I thought everything was set with a time and day. I call in on the 28th to reassure what time this location closes, instead of receiving the answer I was looking for, he started raising his voice at me complaining that the return time was 10:30am that day. He then proceeded to exclaim that because of me not turning in his uhaul, he lost a customer. I tried to explain on how I called in yesterday confirming my return at 4pm and he denied that it was him I spoke to. He lied about it not being him on the phone who agreed to my request and lied about what time the car rental closes. Worst experience. He should respect that I am a customer as well and because of this incident, not only did he lose a customer, he lost two.

Why the FUCK was this uhaul $120 when it says on the van that it should only cost $20 plus mileage. We got completely ripped off and had no choice but to spend the extra money because we could only move on that day.

The location was late in getting me my truck and had to end up providing a different size than was reserved. I was also charged for a second day when I returned the truck on time, though the location was closed for the day.

There's didn't seem to be anywhere well defined to leave the vehicle. Also, they key drop box was wide open and we were able tl easily reach the keys to three other vehicles that were parked nearby on the public street, though the agent at the location we contacted was very polite when we informed him of this.

I was overcharged upon returning my 9' van by 1000 miles, causing an extra ~$300 in charges. Uhaul could then not reach the location for the rest of the day. A truly awful experience

I didn't get a review or an explaination or an amount I would owe when I dropped off the truck. Then when I did receive the amount I owed, twice what I expected, I asked for an explaination and I have heard nothing. They charged my card and can't explain why it is what it is. This is the epitome of horrible service. Randomly, with no explaination of charges except the final bill. Most companies would call and explain the hugh mark up in what I was told.

The clerk needs to be clear to what credit card was given to be charged for the truck and dolly rental upon return. The clerk charged the cost on a card that was given upon pick up to purchase boxes. He flipped the charges on the card with out any verbal communication. The truck and dolly rental were picked up at 4:15pm. The clerk called me at 11:00am to ask me when I was going to return the truck. I responded that the truck will be returned by 4:00pm. The clerk asked me if I could return now because he had a customer that wanted to rent the truck in the office. I told him I had no ride back home. He offered me a ride back home and a $10 discount. Overall - unclear transaction and pushy return of the truck and dolly.

First I want to say I love uhaul and every experience I have had so far has been easy and quick. With that said, this was a pretty bad experience. It wasn't uhaul as much as the third party I was set up. I didn't receive the gas at the amount it was suppose to be at and when I delivered the uhaul back (two hours early) no one was there and the parking lot gates were locked. Not the biggest deal as I was then instructed to park the van and put the keys in the lock box. However, there was no parking which lead to me driving around for about 20 minutes looking. Also, the associate I spoke with never called me back.
