The owner is 100% rude, lied to me and yelled at me over the phone that because of my services, he lost a customer. He denied that I had called in, after already having rented the uhaul truck, to request the uhaul for an additional day; agreeing on the time (4:00) and date (June 28th) that I had specifically asked for, I thought everything was set with a time and day. I call in on the 28th to reassure what time this location closes, instead of receiving the answer I was looking for, he started raising his voice at me complaining that the return time was 10:30am that day. He then proceeded to exclaim that because of me not turning in his uhaul, he lost a customer. I tried to explain on how I called in yesterday confirming my return at 4pm and he denied that it was him I spoke to. He lied about it not being him on the phone who agreed to my request and lied about what time the car rental closes. Worst experience. He should respect that I am a customer as well and because of this incident, not only did he lose a customer, he lost two.

Why the FUCK was this uhaul $120 when it says on the van that it should only cost $20 plus mileage. We got completely ripped off and had no choice but to spend the extra money because we could only move on that day.

The location was late in getting me my truck and had to end up providing a different size than was reserved. I was also charged for a second day when I returned the truck on time, though the location was closed for the day.

There's didn't seem to be anywhere well defined to leave the vehicle. Also, they key drop box was wide open and we were able tl easily reach the keys to three other vehicles that were parked nearby on the public street, though the agent at the location we contacted was very polite when we informed him of this.

The man running the counter was late and the guy he assigned to help us with the viechle was very unhelpful. I've definitely used better U-haul services in the past.

I was overcharged upon returning my 9' van by 1000 miles, causing an extra ~$300 in charges. Uhaul could then not reach the location for the rest of the day. A truly awful experience

I didn't get a review or an explaination or an amount I would owe when I dropped off the truck. Then when I did receive the amount I owed, twice what I expected, I asked for an explaination and I have heard nothing. They charged my card and can't explain why it is what it is. This is the epitome of horrible service. Randomly, with no explaination of charges except the final bill. Most companies would call and explain the hugh mark up in what I was told.

This guy is a big scam don't go here for a uhaul and definitely don't let him get his hands on your credit card. And for some reason he don't accept cash. I wonder why?

The clerk needs to be clear to what credit card was given to be charged for the truck and dolly rental upon return. The clerk charged the cost on a card that was given upon pick up to purchase boxes. He flipped the charges on the card with out any verbal communication. The truck and dolly rental were picked up at 4:15pm. The clerk called me at 11:00am to ask me when I was going to return the truck. I responded that the truck will be returned by 4:00pm. The clerk asked me if I could return now because he had a customer that wanted to rent the truck in the office. I told him I had no ride back home. He offered me a ride back home and a $10 discount. Overall - unclear transaction and pushy return of the truck and dolly.

First I want to say I love uhaul and every experience I have had so far has been easy and quick. With that said, this was a pretty bad experience. It wasn't uhaul as much as the third party I was set up. I didn't receive the gas at the amount it was suppose to be at and when I delivered the uhaul back (two hours early) no one was there and the parking lot gates were locked. Not the biggest deal as I was then instructed to park the van and put the keys in the lock box. However, there was no parking which lead to me driving around for about 20 minutes looking. Also, the associate I spoke with never called me back.

It would be good to add an orientation on the driving panels like where the light switch is, how the mirrors adjust (I couldn't get them to adjust at all for my height), how to adjust the temperature, turn the radio on/off, adjust the seat, etc.

The owner was very nice and very accommodating for late returns. I returned the truck past the time I signed up for and he was very accommodating. For that reason I will come again!

I rented a truck for about 6-7 hours and I got a bill for a 1 month rental. They don't don't pay attention to stuff like that. I had to call them and convince them it wasn't me. I wasn't even in the state when the truck was returned.

Make sure if there is an oil change needed it's done before renting the van out. I had the message that is was needed soon on the dashboard the entire time.
