I actually ordered the equipment at 229 N Dixie Hwy, 33009. When I called them to the indicated phone number 954-985-8311 to update my information, they answered that it is not a Uhaul number. I had to change to U-Haul of North Miami Beach at the last moment, and this caused much trouble, delay and extra costs.

Very poor customer experience EVERY step of the way. From the first call to reserve, to the visit to the store, to the usage of the vehicle. You have a good business opportunity, but you have the wrong people, wrongly trained, giving customers a very poor experience. Not looking forward to use your services again any time soon.

No problem for the truck only problem for the bill; my bill say 81 my bank pay 81, but yesterday may bank pay 62 more??? Why Now when i agreed for the truck, U haul offer me the service of moving help and i pay for this servicio and the people never showed up

Not sure if I can recommend this UHaul, as I reserved a 26' truck and got confirmation via email... and showed up and there were none left. And, the shipment was for Puerto Rico relief efforts that we were packing up. This really had an impact the fact that no one called us to say you only have a smaller truck. Bad experience. The people there were nice, but the reservation issue ruined the experience.

So first I made my appointment the day before, and the stupid lady booked the truck for me FIFTY miles from where I live .... yeah.... not kidding ... so rather then me drive over an hour away in one direction to pickup a truck I went to the one down the road from me on 163 street. There they proceeded to give me attitude that this was not the location I made my reservation, and then told me my truck would not be available that day. At this point I was already annoyed. But then I needed to downgrade the size of the truck i requested to a van.... causing me to have to make TWO trips instead of one costing me double the $$. Needless to say I will NEVER come to this location ever again as the young man with a mustache who checked me out was a complete dick to me the entire process. Take a note of costumer service and learn how to treat your PAYING coustemers decently. If there was any way I could get my money back I would, because this whole experience was a total nightmare. Thanks U-Haul. -.-

We get the gas on the same mark when we received the truck 32 mills but the manager say the gas is not the same. They ask from me To fill up more 2 gallons to get the gas right after I fill up 4 galons. I was calculate 8 mills for gallon. This location charge me more that I supposed to pay

Four of the last five months we have had a problem with this location. For the last two months we have picked the truck up Saturday evening and returned it after hours on Sunday, a 24-hour rental. There was no problem with the day rate charge last month, but this month, we were charged for two days because Monday’s date, after the store opened, was used for check-in time. Three other times this store has tried to gouge us for gas usage. The trucks are sometimes parked on an incline when they are checked in, showing more gas on the gas gauge than when parked for pickup. We are having to put three times the amount of gas into the truck to ensure the gauge reads the same as marked on our bill. We use the truck for 11.5 miles with a light load. We have to put over three gallons of gas into the truck to avoid charges. Then it takes four hours to get a hold of someone to correct issues. We have been renting trucks from this location for 15 years. Only recently have we had these kinds of problems.

Yesterday was the first of the month of Oct, there were an enormous amount of people trying to rent equipment and there were few customer services reps. Local management should have somehow anticipated based on historical data about the first of the month, and have more attendants specially in the morning. Besides that issue, the attendants that were there were very polite and did what they could to help customers.

I had made an appointment for pick up at 11am and waited in line over an hour to get the truck. Something about getting trucks ready as they were being returned. Seemed under staffed or lacked process flow. Really set my schedule back for the day.
