When the morning Rush arrives please try to process each customer so as to minimize the standing in line time for the others. Overall experience however was very good.

Have more associates to help customers. Do not let your customer wait more than 30 minutes to pick up their rental truck that was already scheduled to pick up at a certain time. Employees need more customer service skills and need to know priorities. Also when a client book a truck with an equipment make sure that they'll have it in stock. I was really disappointed with the whole experience, it caused a lot of stress.

When I entered my request online I located a u haul site near the address in Kissimmee that I was delivering the tow dolly. The person at u haul changed my return site to another site which was 20+ miles from the destination. So I had to waste gas taking the tow dolly 20 + miles away instead of a site near my destinstion. The person who installed the tow dolly was excellent, very courteous, and friendly.

When I got there the reservation was wrong. They did not have the 4x8 trailer I reserved, instead they had a 5x8 which cost more money. I had to take it since I was moving. Because of the wieght difference in the trailers I had to leave behind hundreds of dollars of personal possessions behind. When they were about to attach the trailer they asked where the ball was. I had a hitch installed weeks earlier by them (which took 5 hours instead of 1 & 1/2). When completed I had asked if there was any additional parts I would need and was told no. They brought out the pieces and attached the trailer. The trailer was so low to the ground that it scrapped the ground with every bump. At one point an other car pulled along side me yelling that sparks were coming from the trailer where the chain was pinned between the hitch and the ground, which snapped the chain. I had to drive 40 miles per hour the rest of the way. This ended up costing additional time and I had to stay in two hotels. After the first night I had to remove hundreds of dollars of my personal belongings in order to get the hitch to rise a half inch to alleviate some of the scrapping. When I reached my destination the people at the drop off informed us the trailer ball was installed upside down which had caused the trailer scraping issues. The incompetence of this service cost me my time, hundreds of dollars of personal cost, and put my safety in jeopardy

Long line - Disorganized on check-in. No separate line for web reservations. Took 45 minutes to check in waiting for non-reservation customers. At counter he asked for three phone numbers and other information even though I filled out the web forms. Terrible system. You would think u-Haul would have this figured out.

Just a little flexibility at closing time, if you get there at 4:50 customer should be able to go inside , return the truck and finished the deal. I understand we all wants to go home but some one should stay and take care of business just like during the day WITH CLASS AND PROFESSIONALISM. STill my number one company to do business and move without problem.

And more customer reps when there are long lines. Waited nearly an hour before I got help it wasn't until one of the reps got upset and asked for the other girl that was there, but not upfront where she needed to be, the older rep acknowledge that there was a long line and she did something about it by getting others to assist. She is amazing, she deserves a pat on the back awesome rep.

The only thing would be to have later return hours .8 PM would be good .Traffic can be a problem and when you are finishing your move ,that extra hour can be helpful .You do have a drop keys slot however .Overall , very pleased.
