The truck has issues. The driver door really needs to be fixed, when it is opened it hits against the medal part of the truck popping it out. It was hard to open and get it closed. Very, very "squeaky" for lack of better words when turning the wheels and trying to position into spaces. Inside was dirty. I have rented several trucks over the years and this was the worst.

Equipment was clean!! Needs general vehicle maintenance, Heater in truck did not work properly to keep wondshield clear of ice. Transmission would not shift from 3rd to 4th.

We rented an auto transport and no one bothered to tell us that the sides folded down so that you could open the door after you loaded the car up onto the transport. I had to climb in and out of the car through the back hatch multiple times. We only found out about the fold down option when returned the rental to another location. I called the manager of the renting location and while she apologized she offered me nothing for their mistake. Luckily, I'm a flexible 63 year old.

There is very little space to enter or even park your car just so that you can go inside to rent a truck and etc., since the space is cramped and not at all space friendly. I would recommend a different location, otherwise I had no problem with the truck and everything else was fine.

Make sure the workers stay focused on the customer when they come to pick up UHaul. The car that was towed with the UHaul was not well fastened because staff was overloaded with customers there, so the focus/dedication was absent. Midway through the trip we had to correct the car fasteners, and when we arrived at the destination, my son was devastated to find the steering wheel and the front wheels out of alignment.

Well I spent over 300 dollars renting equipment from them they talked me into coming back to get the trailer after I loaded the u haul and I was told I had to park across the street and walk back in the rain then I came back got my GMC envoy denali and I was just gonna bring the trailer back with my car they gave me a hard time made me go get the u haul truckm and it was almost time for them to close when they told me to get the truck I said I would be right back I made it there a 659 and they were trying to put the trailer away and close the store before I got back I argued with the guy when he told me I owed 69 or whatever it was to rent the trailer I told him no I already paid for it only he tried saying I didn't and told me to shut up

First truck could not get seat to move, they said it moves but could not show me they just said it works if I tried and another person tried, I question if it works since if it works why would they not want to show it

They tried to add extra items to my cart w initial set up. Then again at the end. The man didn't offer to put the dolly in the truck for us. This would have been helpful being a woman and I was alone. Everything else was great!

Keep doing what you are doing, van was ready for me, I was pulling out with the vehicle within 10 minutes of arriving, it was an awesome experience, same thing when I returned it. Easiest and smoothest pick up and return I have ever had!!
