First time EVER!!! Booked the trailer with customer service and was told the facility opened at 5:00 am. I roll in at 7:00am and I'm sent away because they don't have UHAUL staff until 8:00am. Come back, only trailer on the lot. Never seen that before. Hook up the trailer (1st Class customer service at this location) test the lights and no turn signals or break lights on the right side. Customer service rep tried new wiring harness, failed. I had no choice but to take the trailer (only one on the lot) and off I go. NEVER EVER happened before with UHaul. Always the best equipment, always. Then the kicker. I drop off the equipment at a neighborhood UHaul and the staff cracked the door and told me to park the trailer next to another trailer. To interaction, no assistance, no unhook, NOTHING!!! WEIRD RIGHT! Never before have I had to park, unhook and inspect a rental with UHaul before. It had to be solar flairs or let's just use the BS reason “COVID”. I'm a loyal UHaul client. Just VENTING. They asked for my opinion and sent me a survey. Be careful what you ask for.


Personnel were very nice. Process was quick and easy as I had reserved online. My only complaint is the truck fuel gauge was on 1/4 and paperwork reflected that. I refilled tank to just above the 1/4 line but was apparently charged for additional gas because I received a notice of additional charge on my card.

The online system is not working properly. When I brought the truck back, the online system told me the odometer reading was lower than when I took the truck. I ended up calling and talking with a representative. She assured me that she was able to fix the problem. I sent her photos of the odometer setting and the gas gauge, which was on FULL. However, when I checked my bank statement the next day, I had been charged over $500, in addition to the original almost $50, for a one-day rental. I downloaded my ending contract. Not only was a charged to fill an already-full gas tank, but the odometer reading showed over 300 extra miles! When I called, I was told I would not be charged for the gas (although they might still charge the fee for filling the tank), but I would still be charged for 300 miles I DID NOT drive! Now, I'm told that this will be "referred back to the local manager". Good customer service should have started with refunding the extra money immediately, since the issue is with their faulty system.

It was not well lit and without the one other UHaul parked there, there's no way I would have known I was in the right spot. There was a sign but since the gate was locked I wouldn't have known that I could park the truck outside the gate. The website return was clunky and prompted me to pay additional fees even though no one told me there would be more fees charged. Overall experience with UHaul was mediocre. Truck was safe, drove well, and fueled up, which was a positive.


Location of truck pick up kept changing. And the size truck I needed would only be available if I changed my one way truck to a round trip.

This location was fantastic and the U-haul distributor there deserves a raise! Extremely polite, friendly, and did everything despite the rain. :)


(1) Charged for insurance that I did not need (or want). (2) Unable to "return" vehicle using smartphone - I do not have an account - though the customer service representative contacted by phone was very kind and was able to check it in for us.

Terrible experience. If I ever need a UHaul again I'll make sure it's a corporate store and not an affiliate. First off the keys were not available at time of pick up and the business was closed for the holiday. Combination lock boxes were available but were unlocked and had no keys inside. The vehicle was left unlocked and no keys inside it. After calling UHaul directly and finding out another vehicle was possibly available, though uncertain, I checked the return box and found the keys were in the return box. We were able to salvage the day by retrieving the keys from the locked return box with a bent piece of wire found on the ground. Once in the vehicle I found it was nearly empty on fuel and there were dried bits of food in the cup holders. After returning the vehicle later I realized I had forgotten my gate opener. I called the business the next day and asked them to check, the clerk stated he checked and did not find it. I then went to the business, found the truck was unlocked and the opener was in plain sight as you opened the door. All around a very poor experience. Again use a corporate store for your rental.

I had no idea that I was checking in online and the and the drop off process was very confusing. The video instruction was different then what the app said to do.


Associate Max and Marley were very Patient and helpful . I had to change the rental to a different truck and Max was helpful and re did the entire reservation work for me. Thank you


Gentleman at pick up was accommodating, quick and friendly. I had a frustrating time on my call to change the drop off date and he completely made up for it. Highly recommend.


didnt help with anything had to move and unhook the trailer myself, no authority to do anything to help the customers. instead of the company fixing their own problems they put it on the customer to take care of........ NOT JUST THIS PLACE ALL OF UHAUL

Directions to get there were a little confusing other than that great service

I rented a trailer. The drop of spot we were assigned was a truck drop off location that was a locked gate at the end of a descend road. When we arrived to drop off the trailer there was what looked like a drug deal going on. I spent 45 minutes on the phone being sent to different people to figure out what to do. So no drop off was not a good experience.

Only issue I had was returning the trailer backto the same location. I had purchased a tractor in Tacome and lived 1 1/2 to 2 hours away.
