This isn’t where my truck wasn’t supposed to be picked up at and you never notified me of the change. Your app was having connectivity issues. I went to the wrong place then got directed to the new location. The. My lockbox didn’t work because your app didn’t work. We had to call. They barely had enough of the supplies I rented in advance. The team there were very nice and and great but the whole situation wasn’t ideal.

My experience with renting my uhaul was absolutely terrible. After working from 5am-2pm I was already exhausted. I showed up to pick up my uhaul at 3pm and didn’t end up leaving with the truck until 4:45pm. The man that rented me the uhaul was new and had no idea what to do so he handed my wife and I the entire set of store keys and asked us to see if we could get the lock box unlocked outside. Since he had tried for over 20 minutes while customers were completely unattended inside. Mind you, this has every key possible to access the store on it. But I am a very honest person so you are fortunate for that as I would never do anything malicious - but with the world we live in these days you never know. I just wanted to get my truck that I literally had to work for just to get. Overall after 45 minutes of trying every key a million times he comes out with a different set of keys and bam! One key opens the box. But then... there is no key inside. So the guy behind the counter FINALLY finds the key to a truck and he gives it to me and says try this one and see what truck it works for and take that one. So I took the truck that was given to me. The truck was the wrong size. Not the size I ordered but I was so fed up at this point that I did not have time to argue about the size of the truck. So finally I started to move around 5 and I dropped the truck back off around 7 and even put gas back in it. So even though I started much later I still had the truck back in 2 hours and I had originally reserved it for 3. Honestly, moving itself is stressful enough and renting this truck honestly made that experience 10x worse than I thought it could be. -Very Unhappy Customer Tayler Bigelow 402-216-9071

This was our pick for drop off as was 3mins from our house. However UHaul schedule person wanted us to go somewhere else as she thought it was “closer”— absolutely wasn’t. With this entire transaction, it was like we had to argue with the UHaul schedule woman from Council Bluffs constantly. Not sure what map she was using .......The person at the drop off struggled to know what to do when we got there.

I was told the location, a tobacco store, opened at 8AM, but no one was there. I arrived at 7:45 and waited around until 8:15 at which time I left to get coffee. When I came back at about 8:35, the location was open and staffed by one employee. When I asked why they had not opened at 8 AM, the employee told me they don't open until 8:30. It then took 20 minutes to get me on my way because anytime another customer wanted to buy cigarettes or pop, he stopped working on my request to wait on them. I was rushing to beat pending storms and rain, and this cost me an hour that I had not planned on. Please be sure you have accurate info about your locations' operating hours and that the location will be staffed appropriately.

There was cigarettes in the ashtray, the transmission was shifting horribly. The brakes made the truck dart to the right. The cup holders had old receipts and were dirty. The lock box for the key wasn’t even locked, so anyone could have driven off with the keys

worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul in my life charge me for 50 extra miles that I didn't use and said I can't get a refund also they charged me for two days and I only used it for 24 hours
