Waited 2 hours to finally get the code for the lock box and there was no key. Had to call U-Haul 3 or 4 times for help. The laundromat didn't know what to do and didn't know anything about the U-Haul service. The associate at the laundry service called her boss and he gave her a number to call for U-Haul but no one answered. I paid some one to help load for 2 hours and didn't even get the uhaul in time. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
