The employees here are not properly trained. I was asked to complete the reservation through my phone after failing to input my information into the system. She went through the entire process asking for my information only to be told to do the entire process again through my phone. She is incompetent. The person I dropped off the van to is another incompetent lady. She doesn't communicate well. She had us wait for so long that I had to ask if she has completed her check-in process. She is not clear and mumbles when she speak. Not professional at all. This location is near my house but I would rather drive further to get better service. I would never recommend this location at all.

I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. The hidden charges are ridiculously high. I work for a large residential property management company and I understand the convenience of your company but it is not worth the price.

The clerk went above and beyond. I had reserved a furniture dolly but they had none in stock. She went to three other uhaul locations to get one for me and delivered it to my apartment. Cant imagine anyone else doing that in today’s world. Very impressed.

Both ladies that worked the desk and gave you the uhaul truck were not only rude but they were diagusting. They would spit loogies into the trash can and they would make foul noises as they were talking to you. Everything was done on her cell phone so it took over an hour just to get the truck. When i returned with the key i put it on the counter and i asked if there was anything i need to sign or if i was still needed, she looked at me like i was stupid and didnt respond AT ALL. Absolutely the worst people to be running this store and the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Never returning here again.

Customer service was lacking but that is OK. I was able to get the truck and things marked. I did specifically ask for a location that I could drop off overnight, as I have plans for Easter, and was told jurupa was one. Unfortunately after I get to the location and fill out everything to turn the Truck back in I find out they don't have a drop box. So I had to wake up early to come drop off the key and they aren't open yet at 8:30am and the truck needs to be returned to this location by 9:30. So I'm not even sure if they are open today for the holiday and how I'm going to get this key turned in with work tomorrow.

The personnel knew how to do the paperwork OK but did not know how to hook up the towing equipment . The transport had a slow leak and I had to keep refilling it with air. When you call the location the telephone reception is the worst I’ve ever heard. U-Haul said they were going to call me and they never did to tell me where to pick up the truck and the transport . The truck was extremely noisy. I think the truck had terrible gas mileage . Radio really sucks as there was no CD player or A port for my cell phone.

The owners of gas station lacked professionalism and any skill set in regard to customer service. The Mitchell’s Pit Stop in Orange, CA. The proper equipment wasn’t even available to carry out the transaction. Instead a personal cell phone was used to take down my personal information and payment. It took an excessively long time and delayed. Taking over a half hour just to get my information down. Also, when returning the vehicle. The other employee of the location attempted to charge us for an extra day even after the original person who set it up said we had 24 hours to get the vehicle back. We only had it for about 8 hours!!! I will not only never use this location again but I won’t even get gas there. One of the poorest overall customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The pickup location wasn’t the location on my email confirmation so that was inconvenient. The truck was dirty, sticky, and smelly. I was charged for a half tank of gas when it wasn’t even at a half tank when I picked it up.

Van was dirty, inside and out. The agent accused me of bringing it back dirty, but she was very nice when I told her I picked it up that way. Other than that, both mother and daughter were very nice and I was in and out quickly.

When I pick up the U-Haul the lady took forever. I estimated 22 miles pickup and delivery from my sister house to my house. I found out that they double charged me on my credit card. They told me I drove 75 miles, its good things I have my son with me as my witness and I took picture of the mileages before and after. I have contact U-Haul and American Express to dispute the charge. I'm waiting for U-Haul manager to call me and correct the issue. In the meantime, I don't recommend doing business with this place.

Truck was dirty. There was a lock on the back and never received the code had to call the location. No ramp. It would be. Ice to have tie downs inside or told there was nothing. Had to remind clerk I ordered a Dixon blankets

Location was supposed to be open at 7:30 but didn’t open until after 10 which delayed our trip considerably. The cabin smelled excessively of smoke. The left hand mirrors would not hold her position and the lower one was broken . They marked or gas at almost 3/4 but indeed was barely over 1/2
