The truck console was dirty. The guy behind the counter wasn't knowledgeable or helpful/friendly in any way. Didn't explain the overages or recommend which plan was the best for the day.

I did the online express check-in to "cut my pick-up time in half". I arrived and a 10 foot truck that i'd ordered wasn't available. It took much longer than expected to sort it out. After a couple of phone calls, arrangements were made to use a 15 foot instead for the same price. I appreciated that.

It worked. Not particularly impressed. Average.

they had one employee. took me 45 minutes to even get helped. Then he said, just go find trailer ####. The car trailer I rented, was so close to another building it was facing that I had to back in at a horrible angle to even get it on the hits. The gentlemen didn't talk me through anything like how to work the coupler. He didn't even check to see if I had the correct plug to hook into the lights. After I got the trailer on my truck I went back into the store to ask him to check to make sure I hate the coupler on the hitch correctly and he said, "I am sorry i can't leave the store" by the time I walked in the door of the store and pulled out of the parking lot it took 1 Hour and 15 minutes. this was way to long. The drop off location was in Afton Wyoming. He asked me for the address. I was like, it's in your system. You tell me where to drop it off. I had to basically tell him the drop off location. He asked very weird questions like, What is the license plate of the vehicle that is being towed. What the hell? Why would you need to know that. I understand you need to know what is being towed due to wait restrictions. But the license plate number? Weird. this pickup location is also a dirty scummy pawn shop. And a Gun and Ammo Shop, and a gun range. Someone didn't show up for work. So the guy that was helping me after I waited for 45 minutes. Then started talking to another employee who had arrived about shift schedules and why this guy didn't show up. Then he stopped helping me, and started to text the guy that didn't show up for work. This guy, I wish i would have written down his name. Shouldn't be helping your customers. I don't blame uhaul. but I can honestly say if I book a trailer again at the Provo Bulldog blvd I better get a trailer from there. Instead of being forced to go to this crap hole of a business to pick it up. This dude at good guys should not be helping your uhaul customers, unless you want them to be really mad like I am. It really was like he didn't care.

The van did not work properly and I found the agent who took the van back to was very unprofessional

The place was short-staffed and gave no direction on where or how to drop off the truck and trailer.

I was charged for an extra day even though I dropped the Uhaul off well before I needed to. A guy at the front desk said that the employee in charge of checking the Uhauls in was supposed to be in at 5:00pm, but he was not there when I dropped the Uhaul off at 5:17pm. When I was charged for an extra day, it said that I returned it at 6:03pm. If Uhaul does not refund me for the second charge, I will dispute it on my credit card. Not only did Good Guys Gun Range charge me for another day, the guy at the front desk was very rude, and lied to me several times. He promised me that the Uhaul would be returned on time even though the employee that was in charge of returning the Uhauls was not doing his job during business hours. I want the WHOLE charge removed. Getting a refund is a waste of time.

I will certainly come back to this location for my next moving experience.

They were nice enough, but rather slow and didn't have everything ready as they had told us on the phone

Did not properly check in my equipment. Would not give me return reciept. Week later, Uhaul customer service called to see where trailer was. This is not the first time I had a problrm w this location. Will never use again.

I was charged for 15 miles @79 cents when I only drove 10 miles. The bill was paid in cash. It was also deducted from my VISA acct. Double payment for poor service. I will discourage anyone from renting from Good Guys Gun Range ever.

The 6 x 12 covered trailer sure needs to have a tongue jack. It was very impossible to raise and lower it when it's full , we had to use a floor jack.

My experience was great and absolutely exceeded all expectations for my rental. The trailer was in great shape and all the safety devices were in place making this an excellent option for moving my daughter from PG to Payson. Thank You!

The guy was on the phone when he checked me in. Then when I retuned the van, he hadn't marked that the window had a crack in it. I was told to have the van back by 8, but then got a call at 4:15 asking why I was late.

Very cordial and helpful.

U-Haul double charge me. The store manager said I could take it from one city to another and it wouldn't matter what the fees would be . They will rent their trucks through any little business they don't give a crap about customer service . The little companies don't know their policy so they just overpromise and under deliver .

The truck had major mechanical problems and my husband was stuck on the interstate near Salt Lake City for 45 minutes before we were able to make "Emergency" contact with the uhaul customer service. Then he sat for another hour waiting for the tow truck and then had to sit in the garage for another hour waiting for the mechanic to fix it. I would like to know how we can be compensated for this it was ridiculous for a two hour trip that we had . Inconvenienced us as well as those who are waiting to help us unload we should've been unloaded by 4 o'clock that afternoon and we're not unloaded until 10 that evening.

The only issue to the Rental was the door locks were very difficult to open on both doors, felt like the key was going to break inside the lock.

renting from uhaul twice before was good this time : i had to hook up trailor myself n do the safety inspection myself then found out that one brake light was not working then took half an hour until i could take another trailor

The sales representative really had very little idea what he was doing. I completed the early check out online, but it made no difference, I had to redo everything with the sales associate who prossessed my truck rental. Additionally, he had me complete a question set with information that did not at all apply to my rental. I also desired to rent a truck from a location closer to my home and was redirected to this location, that added at least an additional 40 miles to the distance I needed to travel, increasing my rental cost significantly. If it is necessary to send your customers to distant locations because you do not have the necessary rental at the location that was visited, it is quite disappointing to make the customer pay such a large increase in rental cost.

The truck was ready on time. I flew in from CA, so that was important. The truck was new and clean. Overall very good experience.

The promised items were not at the location as promised per my reservation. Instead of attempting to solve the problem the man in charge of uhaul transactions blamed the uhaul traffic team and told me to call them to figure it out rather than making a solution. I also was not given a dolly, which again was on my reservation, and in turn caused me problems when I dropped off the truck due to not having the dolly. All in all to get the truck and the automobile transport I had to go to three different locations and waste 3.5 hours driving around and waiting for this store's mistake to be corrected. They also charged me the full price for the truck and trailer and I was double charged later for said trailer. This was a horrible experience with uhaul and I will seriously contemplate whether this is worth the trouble rather than using a competitor.
