Attendant spoke no English and was unfamiliar with the on line process. Had to contact customer service who had to communicate with the regional manager who in turn had to get a Spanish speaker to call the facility. Upon return to this gas station facility, I was unable to gas up the returned rental because all 8 pumps had plastic bags on them because they were out of gas.

Not good..messed up the reservation..tried to charge a different price, after I showed him the email with the reservation number and price..had to wait a half an hour for him to figure out what he was doing..then no apology for the delay.reservation was changed from our original location we booked to one farther away..

You need to upgrade your online experience. I could not find this location on uhaul.com. I had to call the toll-free number to make the reservation. The agent couldn't find this location either. I got a text & email the day before with the pickup location - it was wrong. I had to respond to the email with the address with the correct location. Only after all of this did the reservation get changed to the correct location. You are making it too hard for anyone to rent from this location. They have lots of trucks. They only make money when those trucks are being rented. Please help this vendor rent your trucks and be successful.

The truck was supposed to be at 3/4 tank on the gas, I drive 4 miles down the street and it is almost at a half tank, I took pictures to prove it. Also they truck was infested with ants and after my move all my stuff had ants all over it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I Got to the place and they did not have any trucks, they said a Supervisor will call me in the next half hour and they never did and not only that THEY CHARGE ME FOR THE RENTAL it has been 3 weeks and they still have not return me the money

Process the payment correctly, so I don't get a notice from uhaul saying I didn't pay when I did. I have to call and wait for a manager to call me back and correct everything.

I was called by U-haul to help locate a service center to return the equipment. They recommended the location on Curry Ford Road in Orlando. When I arrived the lone attendant did not speak English and proceeded to check the equipment in. This girl miscalculated the fuel amount and charged me for 1/8 tank of gas which I did not understand it as a fuel charge because of the lack of communication. 1/8 of 50 gallons is 4 gallons. I was charged $24.38 for 1/8 tank of gas. That would be $ 6.00 per gallon. That is called "gouging" in most places. I had the fuel at the same amount as when I picked the equipment up and have a picture of the fuel gauge. I did go over the amount of milage of 780 miles by 16 miles. I thought the extra charges were for that. The attendant indicated I would receive a receipt by email, which I did. That is when I discovered the charges were for fuel not mileage overage. I am not happy with the experience at this location. The reason I understood the receipt issue is because the attendant showed me her mobile phone and asked for my email address. I then understood the receipt would be sent to me. I was very surprised when I discovered the fuel amount was wrong.

I had a few issues during my reservation and was not able to contact the location directly due to their phone number not being accurate. I then had to contact U-Haul's customer service which delayed the solution to my issues. This happened twice.
