The after hours return process had several steps that needed to be completed before dropping the key in the drop box. As such, I was not able to take all pictures exactly as requested. It would have been good to give a heads up on this since I was only told about the drop box.

I didn't make a reservation for the weekends I just called hoping to find a truck that same day. A couple locations said they were booked and couldn't do much about it. But the woman who was working called me back to let me know a truck pulled in and was ready to go if I could get there soon. It was really great that she called back and helped us get it a truck. Excellent customer service!

When the gentleman went to drop off the truck the lady only told him to leave the the truck no one verified anything with him . The lady just sat behind the computer and told him to go. I only saw the contract on Friday when my credit card was charge this exorbitant amount. I drove from the pick up location to my address home address 14195 Temple Blvd Loxahatchee FL. to 11827 James Bay Dr, Orlando Fl. 32827 I started Driving At 8:54 am got to this gated community unload and drop off the truck and I am told now that I drive over 1100 miles this is ridiculous and I will have to take up the matter with a lawyer.

Despite being said that truck was wiped down. It was NOT. I had to wipe all the seats and wheels it was SUPER dirty. COVID situation would have made them aware but nop. I opted out for my Safe Guard insurance. I was charged for it regardless I found out at home. Had to spend 2 hrs with customer service. I returned the vehicle with exact same amount of gas as given to me. I took a picture too. They charged me over $50 extra for the gas and fees. I returned the truck and saw the receipt. It was outrageous. I spent entire day being placed on hold and getting transferred left and right. And finally opened a dispute over phone with customer Rep. Confirmation Number: 3339039162 Last time I checked they were processing my refund. I still have not seen it. Worst experience ever!!!

Truck was filthy. Didn't have the equipment I reserved. Took 20-25 minutes to get truck from arrival because door was locked and had to wait for someone, even though I was there at my scheduled pick-up time. To compensate, I wasn't charged for the dollies I had the privilege to go pick up myself from another Uhaul store.

When I received the van it was not at a full tank as was stated on the contract. The van was full of trash in the back. I called and spoke to the Manager who told me to clean the van and they would give me a credit for the tank that wasnt full and the trash in the van. I never received the credit on my card and had to spend time cleaning the van I rented.
