The gas report on paper receipts we received from u haul did not match the computer system apparently and we were charged for fuel, told to take a picture of our paper receipt to fight for reimbursement apparently no one in person was competent enough to fix this

I was charged extra for an insurance coverage that I did no select. I purchased the 14.00 coverage. They charged me for both the 14.00 and the 28.00. The young woman at the counter was clueless. She gave me a number to call. That number just rings and rings and no one answers. I do not recommend the location.
