The Team at Northern Truck was awesome they were very helpful in explaining all aspects to the trailer and rental process. I will be definitely be using them in the future
HERBEY NI had a hard time connecting with the contact person initially because of the way the property is set up. There was a phone number on the door, which I called and left a message. After 20 minutes, I called again and spoke with someone and the rest of the transaction went very well. The only negative was that it was hard to connect with anyone initially. Overall, it was a great experience.
Maureen SI was ripped off! I returned the trailer 2 days early and did not get compensation! Uhaul is making millions on every person who rents from then and returns early! This is BS!!!!
Peter MLocation did not answer their phone. Dropped off vehicle early, returned the next day to find the location manager making claims I left the van in need of cleaning. I volunteered to sweep out the van (again). Manager appeared upset he couldn’t charge someone a cleaning fee, either UHaul or me
