Need correct address call # and no one answers. I wanted the truck for the weekend and the man gave me an extra day and not for free. I reserved the uhaul at one location and the uhaul was rented when I got there. I should get credit for the two day that would be correct customer service.

First of all the truck is to high and needs a lower side steps. I had a hard time reaching the ground and also my wife! Second the load transport surely would recommend an electric wrench so that one person can load vehicle! Thirdly electric mirrors and windows would help a driver very dearly!

There was a womans gel nail in the door caddy. Gas was well below 1/4 tank and he marked 3/4. Very unprofessional, didnt even know how to turn on the computer.
