The location has one person operating the facility. It takes the person several minutes to ge to the door before you can get inside. The office says open, however the door lockwd and you have the call to get customer service.

When I arrived to pick up my truck, they were closed. I scheduled pick up for 8am, they don't open until 8:30 so the guy had to open early when he saw me sitting at his gate. Why would you let me schedule a pick up for a time when the store was closed?? The store was a wreck, you would be embarrassed if you saw it and the employees were nowhere near what I would call good representatives. The truck I was given was damaged by the previous user and not repaired. It was obvious that a tire had blown out on the rear passenger side, when that happened it bent the exhaust pipe to the point that it was only an inch or so away from the tire and the end cap was crushed so the air flow out of the exhaust was severely restricted. I'm sure that has a negative effect on MPG's (which only costs me money because I pay for the fuel) and heat reduction. I had to use a crow bar and a come along that the store had to fix this myself. I asked the store employee why it wasn't repaired already and his comment was "I'm not U-Haul, what do I care?". All of the tires were new so I know somebody had worked on that truck, why wasn't the exhaust repaired them? When I got in the cab of the truck, it was filthy. There was dog hair everywhere, pieces of food that hadn't been eaten on the dash and the floor, crumbs from what I think were dog biscuits all over the floor and it smelled like wet dog, it was ridiculous. That truck had not be cleaned, not one bit. I spent the first hour at home cleaning the cab when I should've been loading. If I wouldn't have had loaders lined up for a specific time (which I was late for), I would've cancelled my truck rental and gone to one of your competitors. It's extremely frustrating that I had to pay for the experience I had, I'm not sure I'll ever rent from you again because of this. You need to seriously consider removing the store where I picked the truck up from your store roster, they're a risk to you in terms of customer service.

No thoughts on improvement. Just wanted to say that the folks running this location were friendly and courteous. The truck was wonderful. Nice to have something modern (USB port to charge phone and bluetooth stereo). Having to drive an hour away to pick up a large piece of furniture is rarely a good time. The people at the UHaul location and the truck itself made a challenging few hours a bit more tolerable. Thank you!

The trailer I received was RV7500E not RE3584A. The trailer I rented was turned in at Pasco, Washington with the 12 pads. I don't know what ID was offered if any and the vehicle that towed the trailer was not mine.

Was overcharged - she told me it should be 69 and charges are showing 84 on my card statement. Aside from the incorrect charges, the process was not explained and the person looking for my reservation seemed quite confused about what she was doing. There was no pre or post inspection either. I was unimpressed with this location and how they operate.

I hired movers from your site for $90 for two hours, I did the pre check in process and when I got there to get the truck, I still lost 30 minutes of the two hours I paid for because the clerk didn't have the paperwork ready, even though I even called him and said I was on my way. The phones don't get answered there. When dropping off the truck, at 2pm, the sign on the door said open until 5pm, the door was locked, I called both numbers available several times with no answer. I ended up calling your 800 number to find out where to leave the key because I completed the online drop off process and couldn't find the dropbox. I stood with three small children in 115 degrees for 30 munutes! We didn't get to move all of our items, we left behind an antique organ because the movers only had two hours and the first hour was taken up by trying to get the truck rented. So, it cost me $45 for the rental and $90 for two hours of labor to move only one item and I only had two items to move! The movers were very nice and efficient, but they came from 50 miles away and I told them they were a choice on the site and apologized for making them come so far. I changed the phone number in the system to 623 241 0612, but they still kept calling the other number and getting my daughter at work and she would have to call me. It was not a good experience at all. I was trying to move a couple items from my mother's nursing home, who had been admitted to hospice. The clerk was very nice, just very inefficient and I won't use again. I've used Penske the last couple of times and decided to go back to UHAUL and it was so disappointing, especially leaving the organ behind!

I never received the dolly I ordered. I was charged for insurance which I didn't order. I was told a flat rate of $100 and no mileage charge. I received an additional charge for the dolly and mileage. Very unhappy and disappointed.

First off, I asked for a trailer from a location close to my home. To my fault, I assumed the reservation was for that location so when I arrived to pick up the trailer, it was wrong location - you scheduled me to pick up a trailer in a crappy part of Peoria, AZ. When I arrived I had to call the contact number just to have someone come down and let me in to start the process. Office was not inviting and the only equipment available were dolly's and USED boxes, I had to drive back to the original location I WANTED to use to buy more boxes. Then they were UNABLE to use their printer for contract so after about 30-40 minutes, they finally gave up and used a carbon copy so I could leave. The only bright spot was the man who helped me connect the trailer to my truck - he was very helpful and friendly.

None of the phone numbers posted were working. When we arrived on site the place was open but the door was locked and no one was there. We waited 20 minutes. There was a truck we rented but the driver door stuck and the windows were very dirty. Everything else went very well.



The lady that runs this uhaul is FANTASTIC!!!! I've never had such a good rental experience.
