Vehicle wasn't fixed was told nothing could be done and I should have just gone back to the place I got it.

When I entered the store at 11:00am for my appointment to pick up the 5x9 trailer, it was a lunch shop with jerked pork & also a location for UHaul pick-up & drop-off. There was nobody in the shop front or back as I waited 5 minutes calling for an attendant. On the two TV sets above the counter they were playing a soft pornographic movie which continued to play as we waited. Finally there was a trailor for cooking meat parked in front of the building. We knocked on the door and a individual stopped out and indicated the lady running the UHaul was not in yet. He said he would call and then handed me the phone after five minutes and a woman came on to take my information to pick up the trailer. No one helped us hook it up and we had t take and an extension wire off another trailer beside it. the traior had sat in the sun with the outside left wheel baking in the sun. My drivers got outside of Gallup New Mexico and the left tire blew. They had to get a tow truck to take to safe location. They tried to call the emergency number on side of trailer and nobody answered. They called me and I looked up on line the emergency number. they were very responsive and contacted my drivers. I told them the left tire blew and they had an additional 1000 miles to drive and I wanted them to change both tires. They said they would, but they didn't, leaving the drivers at risk of having another blow out. My drivers got to Iowa and returned the trailer in Graetinger Iowa a day early. The person their that Saturday did not check the trailer in and the Manager called me the following Monday and asked when I would return the trailer. I said it was there. He finally discovered it had not been checked in. SO I ask you would you be jumping to ever rent another UHaul Trailer??? Worst customer service ever!

It's hidden next to a Home Depot on Bell Road, and took us some time to find it, driving around on Bell Road and circling back....which is not super easy when driving a 26' truck. I never did see any kind of sign that actually says "Jerk Pit" but by driving all over the place we finally did spot a few Uhaul trucks parked in a sort of dark street or alley tucked way, way off of Bell Road and next to the side of the Home Depot. There was a business there with a sign lit up, and when you get really close you can see some small Uhaul signs, but you couldn't tell what the business was on this Sunday evening because there was a sort of kids' carnival going on with loud music and a huge inflatable bounce-castle thing for kids to play in, and some food trailers. That was cute and nice and great to see people have a good time, but we had to look really hard to figure out that it was in fact the drop-off location. I would have much preferred to drop off at the big, clean, brightly lit Uhaul Storage location on Cave Creek just north of the 101. I had hoped to change our drop-off location to that one but it takes forever to get anyone on the phone when you call the Uhaul national number. You may wait on hold for 20-30 minutes.
