Person working did not know what they were doing. They had no knowledge of my reservation and did not know how to work the system to find it. Also had no knowledge that I had paid for the reservation online and tried to force me to pay again. They also claimed to close at 4:00 PM when online it says they are open until 6:00 PM and my pick up time wasn't until 5:30 PM which was confirmed online.

This place was completely disorganized, from when we walked in to store to finally driving out it took a hour n half , and that was with a reservation! They also tried charging us more than what we were told and what our confirmation email said. The man who gave us the truck took a look around and didn't say anything, when the truck was returned there was a different man who was badgering us that we damaged the door, even though it was clearly there when we left, he argued with us and was trying to call the previous man to confirm, which he did confirm the damages were there and that he just didn't write it down. So to drop off the truck took another hour! This location is awful and should loose its ability to rent uhauls out.

I did part of the work online to speed up processing at the location. Got there and had to do everything again! Man not very knowledgeable, took 30 min to do stuff on computer, couldn't find the drop off location I wanted, and lastly I was charged more than I was quoted on the phone when I made original reservation! Also asked to pick up near Gilbertsville and they sent me out to Phoenixville to pick up.

Do everything you can to adhere to a customers preferred pick-up. This location was 11 miles out of my way and caused me to go 7-8 miles over the established 41 miles. If I was able to pick up at my preferred location I wouldn't have gone over. This is a classic bait and switch and borderline entrapment to get extra money from a customer. I felt bad for the individual because he was doing everything he can. I blame the overall U-Haul brand on this, not on the location.

Make sure the employees are professional and knowledgeable about products, drop off and pick up locations. I had a not so good experience when I changed my mind from one way to two way. The employee who was working told me he wasn't taking the truck cause it was a one way rental. I explained to him I called the 1800 number before doing so. He just wasn't professional at all.

The guy at the gas and food mart seemed to not really know how to check us out for the truck. It took over 20 minutes to pick up and drop off the truck. I also ordered moving pads and a moving dolly which I was charged for but never given the use of. The truck served its purpose but that is the only positive thing I have to say about the experience.

This location was fine. However, I did not reserve the truck for pickup at this location. Additionally, I did not reserve this size truck. This location was 20 minutes from my hotel. I made a reservation for a smaller truck that was at a location two minutes from my hotel. I have the confirmation email from the reservation delineating same. Thus, I had to spend more money on gas. I was not pleased.

Took almost 20 minutes to just fill out the return paperwork on the laptop. I owed 1.50 cents for over mileage, took another 5 minutes to get the debit card to work. Did not seem to know how to work the software on the laptop.
