Better scheduling, no one should receive a call 2 days before there scheduled pickup stating the new pickup location is 4.5 hours one way from your reserved pickup location.

Inspect and repair deficiencies prior to renting. Running lights were not operational and appeared to have been that way for sometime. Equipment appeared old but function well during use other than the light issue. Customer service was great for pick up and drop off!

Where i picked up and dropped off were outstanding! It is corporate decision making that is a major, hope i never have to use uhaul again feeling. Lower price of other location drop off is outrageous! Corporate procedures are horrid! There is No flexibility, and no understanding of customer situation when desired equipment is many miles away.

Stephanie was very nice and helpful. I would definitely ask for her again. Only thing I was unhappy about was the additional charge of $8 a day for added liability insurance. I have never paid it before and I rented a car dolly week before and was not charged and he had uhaul representative in that day updated his computer. I carry State Farm Full Coverage on my hummer and I assumed responsibility and disagree. Your Circleville location is very good location also.

Truck was not clean in the back area. Had made reservation with 800 number folks who were awesome. They were responsive and helped me change my pickup location and add additional equipment. Site location was not as helpful. Thank goodness the 800 people took care of me

Why don't they ask questions as to pricing and the truck? Not about where it was rented at. Prices are too high. Why should a renter have to pay .99 per mile plus fill the gas back up? Too overpriced! I'll pay someone else next time. And won't use UHaul.

Store open no staff for time I visit. Same day drop off using drop box. Phone calls remeding missed connection? Drop and go service? Store did not check box or outside inventory prior to calling customer. Attention to detail. Please. Thanks.

The sales guy was very specific about the fuel requirement on return. He didn't mention that I had to mop the back and wipe out the floorboards on the front or I would be charged extra

Well, After I rented my U-Haul I got stuck in the mud and called roadside assistance and they would not help me because I was 50 feet off of the road. I had to get someone to pull the empty truck out of the mud which thankfully cost me nothing but U-Haul didn't want to refund my insurance that I had paid because they said they don't cover being stuck in the mud when it tells it on their website that they do. The local rental office refunded my money but I'll never use another U-Haul again just because I was stranded and they would not help me or refund my money.

The lady told me . That 50 miles was free then after that they charge you 0.79 a mile . But I got charged for every mile I drove . I paid for 50 and drove 65 miles and got charged 91$

I really need a call back at 614-8045437. This is the worse experience I've ever had. I expect some explanations to why I went through so much hassel when I made a reservation over a week in advance. Then the mix of of size of truck and pick up location. And this. is just a start. Please call me asap.

I was charge for an extra day and extra mileage when I was told by a U-Haul employee that I was going to get and extra day and mileage for free. Then I wasn’t contacted about the extra charge it was just take. Out of my account, then I tried to call customer service twice and was on hold for 35 min both times and still got no answer

Well I couldn’t get the online pickup to work so the main place in Columbus Ohio decided to call and threaten me with theft but only after letting me have the uhaul for 2 days. And it was because my card wasn’t working because they put the wrong zip code in at the main branch.

There were no blankets (but I paid for the rent of them); I was forced to purchase insurance that I had declined on the reservation and did not pay for in my early online check-in. Had I not desperately needed the truck and trailer that date, I would have walked away.
