I called earlier to confirm drop off location, and then the location wouldn't take the vehicle. I then had to send another hour figuring out where to drop the vehicle off.

Joanne P.This location saved my UHaul experience… after I was sent to a location to return my one way truck that says they have not been a UHaul dealer in over 6 months and you all keep sending people to them, Cold Springs Food Mart stepped in and contact a UHaul manager to arrange for my truck to be dropped off there. They literally prevented your UHaul truck from being abandoned at a drop location that isn't a UHaul dealer anymore. UHaul— you should seriously step up and thank this local dealer for bailing you out.
