Nobody there when I dropped it off at 1:15 in the afternoon however I was able to put the keys in the mail slot. Didn’t like the idea of just dropping it off without a receipt.

Not sure if it is the location (Capital) fault, or U-haul corp. I used the charging truck for 4 hours 15 mins. U-haul called me 2 days after IO dropped it asking about the truck I rented, and I toild them I dropped it at 3:15 after the store closed, but key in the drop slot. They sent a final receipt via Email charging for 3 days. I called the location, they said they would check into and call back but no call back. Sent an Email to U-haul ('706002_AFM@uhaul.com'). They sent me a corrected rcpt in a couple hours. But, why do I have to take time to chase this error???

The truck had a maintenance problem; when I fueled up the vehicle gas leaked where the filler line connects to the fuel tank. After pumping 16 gallons into the tank fueling was stopped because about a five foot diameter circle of gasoline was noticed under the truck (likely about one-half to one gallon of it ended up on the ground).

A great big THANK YOU to Jeff for helping us out at the LAST MINUTE. I had a reservation with another UHAUL location, (Access Storage) in Diamond Springs for a 10:00 a.m. pick up, when My Sister & I got to that "Business" they were CLOSED, long Story short after 3 phone calls to that place, I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes for a person named "Josh" to show up,We had a Deadline to get our Mother moved due to Snow. I called "CAS" and Jeff had us on the road in less than 30 minutes. I will Gladly tell my Family & Friends to use Capital Aire Systems for their U HAUL needs in El Dorado County, My Home Town.

I am rating U Haul, the company as a whole and not so much the location. UHauls price per mile is outrageous. UHaul should offer a military discount which would offset the cost per mile to use the trucks. I might try another company in the future.

I made the reservation through a different company, received notice to pick up at CAS and when I got there the reservation was screwed up and I told them I reserved for 2 days and they only showed 1 day. I then received a call telling me I was over due and to return to a different location than where I picked up which was closed with no where to drop the truck. I would not recommend renting from any of them0

I returned this in 24 hours. Rate was $14.95 + $8 insurance, yet I was billed for THREE DAYS and $72.10!! Your office was closed, I put the trailer in back, and called in to the service center who said they would note it. I also stopped in next door where the girl who handled UHAUL was out of the office. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS IMMEDIATELY!

The trick I reserved was unavailable when I arrived for pick up. They wanted to "upgrade" me to a larger truck, but make me drive an extra 10 miles to pick it up. Then when I chose the only other truck they had at the location, I was charged an extra day even though I only had the truck for 4 hours. Next time have the reserved truck! Don't take an extra long lunch and then think I had the truck for an extra day. Overall pretty terrible experience. They did fix it after I called to let them know about the mix up.

I had a quick and easy drop off situation with this location, but I rented a U-Haul about a week before this rental and when I went to pick it up there it also was not ready because the previous renter of the trailer was stuck in traffic and didn't make it back on time. And no other Uhaul location around me had any trailers so I had to wait for him to get there with my Reserve trailer. But they were very nice about it and helpful, it was just very inconvenient and unorganized.

I was sold a straight ball mount, but because my car was so low (prius) I should have been sold an elevated one. I had to swap it once I had the trailer and car loaded and people told me it was terribly not-flat.

We had a reservation to pick up at Florin Rd at 7:30 am but when we got our confirmation it was at a different location than what we wanted and it was scheduled to pick up at 1:15 in the afternoon which did not work for us at all. Florin Rd customer service treated us very rude so we contacted the main number to get everything straightened out. They were very nice. Florin Rd customer service is unacceptable. Will never go there again.

When you return a truck a day early you should give a discount to the customer, not call them on the phone and leave a recorded message saying you will not be refunding any money for early return! Poo9r customer service!

The office was closed on a Saturday early afternoon, which was contrary to the advertised hours of operation. Since this was a drop off, I assume it was fine to drop off the key -- so not really an issue.
