Service guy would not help us take the trailer off the vehicle . Also you site doesn't say that the blankets are daily rentals. I was told tha I would be charge only $10 for a dozen blankets. Was charged $20 for 2 days! Weill not rent from this site ever again.

When they assign the mileage for the rental, it is only for U-haul center to the return location. If you need to actually go somewhere to load the truck, that is extra mileage and you will be charged. They shoudl telll customers this.

Perhaps better communication between locations. I am unsure if this location is in any way at fault for the first locations mistake with the paperwork inaccuracy but better communication would have cleared up the paperwork mistake.

This is NOT where I requested to drop off. This location was nearly 20 miles out of my way when there were u-haul drop off spots within a few miles of my house. The assigned drop off location added most of our over mileage overage. I paid for your poor drop off assignment. I'm not happy that I had to pay extra because of your mistake.

Do not tell us we have to drive 40 miles to drop off when this location was available way closer to my planned drop off. If my friend hadn't gone in I would have had an 80 mile drive to drop off.

I am very upset with my uhaul rental experience at this location. I had a reservation # 96699006 for a 6X12 cargo trailer. When I arrived to pick it up i had to wait awhile for the rep.to assist other customers. The man directly infront of me asked if they had a 6X12 trailer and the lady said yes andassisted him with the rental which took about 1/2 hr. Then it was my turn and I presented her with my rental confirmation for a 6X12 trailer and she said "Sorry, I just rented it to the man in front of you" and she had nothing else available. Unfortunately the next closest location for renting one was 16 miles away and I had no choice because I had to get my stuff moved that day. I am very upset because I had to drive and extra 65 miles for this move from pickup to drop off, in addition, to my lost time and the cost to fuel my diesel truck that gets 9 miles per gallon. Please look into this matter for me because I had a reservation that was not honored and it ended up costing me more than planned for. I feel that as a goodwill gesture U-Haul should reimburse me. This location was not the original, which was scheduled for pick up in Camino, CA. When I got to the original p/u location, the attendant was alone and knew NOTHING about hooking up the 6x12 trailer. I wasted a least an hour to find another location, which was an approximately 20 min. drive out of my way. The above stated location was great and accommodated the order. This oversight by your company or location caused me to be late and arrive at my 1st destination at about 1:30 AM. I doubt I will do business with UHaul again!!!!

Very poor customer service. Ended up having to pay almost $100 more than I was originally quoted, but they couldn't even tell me why. I had to do the math for them. Incompetent and did not even open their store on time in the morning. I would not recommend this company for their Uhaul service.

Need more employee's to handle things. I bought 4 bixed and the worker went outside to show the truck never gave me my boxes by the time I called the same day they were closing in 5 minuets. The oil level w gauage was rising and had only 9 percent usable oil and I was not half way to my destination. The outlet to plug in a regualr prong cord made horrible noise while being used also the starter was braeking it would start some times and not others. The truck did not haveca full tank of gas. When I got it to start so I could get it at least to a uhaul location close to me diffrent from schedualed .

I showed up at 8:00 to get the trailer I rented ASAP. Staff was late getting there. Bothers me that I had to give them the SAME information I put in online as well as registered online to reduce wasted time. Didn't show my DL or anything but was given a trailer. When I came back to return the trailer, staff again seemed confused as to process and I had to ask to get a receipt that I returned the trailer. Seems like there needs to be more training on what is required when someone shows up. Also, what is the point of doing all the registering online if it doesn't save any time and have to do it all over again.
