My daughter and I recently moved on a rainy day. We were pleasantly greeted by Jessica. Due to the weather we thought we may need additional time. Jessica extended us with no charge. Upon returning the truck Jessica once again was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company

This location was excellent and the young lady who assisted me when I called was quick to handle my delemma. I originally had a reservation at Jones river storage in Kingston ma but unfortunately when I arrived the doors were all open by no one was there. The person that was working had left the office for what ever reason leaving their location wide ope. For us to walk into. If not for the south meadow location my whole moving plans and those who took the time to help me would have lost precious time. That kind of service is severely lacking and represents your company in the poorest light. And your reservation system for contacting which location to pick up at also doran not work because I was told I’d receive a contact call or email 24 before and I have to email your company 2 times because as of 10am on the day I was picking up I still had not known the location of my pickup. Very poor system. If I was to run my automotive dealership in this manner I would surely be out of business. I hope this gets to someone who cares enough to use my comments in a positive manner to help UHaul develope better customer service which in my care was surely lacking.

The handle to latch the gate was very hard to close, was quite rusty and didn't hook well, but have no complaints and was very happy with the service I received and the trailer worked very well for me. Prices are so reasonable. l Thank you very much..

The process to schedule and pick up my truck was a mess - and it was not the fault of the employees at the pick up and drop off locations, but rather the system that u-haul apparently uses to schedule trucks and pick ups. I received three different communications - from three different methods and two different people - indicating different vehicles, pick up locations, etc. I ended up being delay almost two hours because I had to go to different locations for pick up. Again, this was NOT the fault of any of the employees at the pick up locations - but the communications from U-Haul after I had scheduled the truck online. There was no clear communication to me as to where I was to pick up my truck - and apparently it was not clearly communicated to the employees of these pick up locations either. Your system for scheduling and booking trucks needs significant improvement.

The gentleman wasn't 'familiar' w the transaction. One way from MA to RI. He had to call for assistance. He was very polite and professional, just seemed like nobody has trained him on this. He put in my requested location, Chepachet RI. Later in the day I got a text from Greenville, and a call the next morning, wondering when I would be returning the truck.

The past 2 times I rented would have been a "poor" rating. I was charged the wrong rate plan on milage and the 2nd time I was charged a "cleaning fee" of $25. The milage charge was thankfully corrected and I'm still waiting to hear about the cleaning fee to be corrected from this recent rental. I think the team members have to be on the same page or update the system.

Perhaps offer an optional tie down rental... a bunch of bungie cords or ropes that can be rented with the van/truck for a modest fee.

This location had just opened the day before we booked our reservation. Jennifer was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Also the facility was spotless and the parking lot was easy to navigate. I would highly recommend.
