Truck was not running properly. The transmission did not shift gears properly, we had to take our foot off the gas , let it coast and then reapply the gas. The engine was making a terrible noise on the way back from our 25 minute trip. When i retirned I infirmed the woowen whom was going to write it up for repair. A young girl saud she would drive it first to see if it needed repair?????? When we returned later to get something we forgot out of the truck, the truck was back on theline-up off moving trucks. We hope UHaul takes our complaint seriously so nobody gets stranded whike moving a distance.

Improve the customer service and the reservation system, please. My reservation was confirmed and everything was set, but the week prior to pick-up, I was called and told my truck was being upgraded due to the need for my 15’ truck. No problem. But the night I was Supposed to pick up the truck, I was Told I didnt Have a reservation. After a while on customer service I had A new reservation set and confirmation emailed. I double-checked the location multiple times. It seemed like everything was resolved until I called the following morning to check and was told again that there were no trucks. Although it ended up working out and a new customer service representative found us a nearby location with a truck that matched our original needs and price, the undue stress and inconvenience will have us seriously reconsidering u-haul ever in the future.

Inform your customers your company puts holds on debit accounts for 3 months even if you pay in full and in cash! Awful policy and these actions have producec an dominoe effect! My daughter intend to let others know about this on social media.

About the best Uhaul experience I have had and I have been a patron of the brand for many many years. Location was clean and well presented. The associates working the counter were attentive and efficient. vehicle was clean and definitely well maintained. Plus that Van rides like a dream!

I cannot say enough about the lady who tried to help me get my situation resolved. We did not succeed in completion of the resolution, so I put a calling to Jesse, the area manager. I am really hoping to hear from him tomorrow and get everything fixed. This is the biggest cluster of billing I have ever seen because not only was there a computer down on Saturday when we were picking up the trailer, The lady today trying to figure out the billing and it's just a cluster. I'm super irritated. I set this all up with the lady on the phone and was assured that everything was set up. I'm glad you record the calls because I probably am going to need this because I am definitely going to dispute charges

The pickup location was great. However Uhaul needs to get their reservation system up to date. We had to change plans twice because of mistakes with scheduling due to the resevation not being completed and truck wasn't ready.

The truck we rented was given away and we had to take a larger one that took more gas. They overcharged us. Employees that serviced us were nice and helpful.

I got the pick-up truck and found out it was to small for the job that I needed it for. They were so kind that they let me come exchange it at no extra charge. My 2nd time using this location and I will be going back to them again.

The vehicle was not ready to go after having four days advance notice. The steering was so bad that I almost wrecked the truck and into others several times. Not to mention I was overcharged $100 and never reimbursed. When I tried to contact someone about these problems, I got the run around and no response. F$&K U-haul.

1) Have the agent remain behind the counter to answer the phone. 2) Have the agent know the prices of boxes so they can quote rather than look at the wall rates. 3) Agent needs to know what comes with various boxes w/o looking. 4) Provide a printed receipt w/o asking. 5) A more mature person needs to work the counter.

I wish I'd have been informed that pickup trucks needed to be returned to a specific location. I only found out when I went to return it to a different location. I unfortunately incurred a lot of extra driving because of this.

The online reservation confirmed an appliance dolly, yet there were none available at pick-up. Another customer appeared to have the same problem. I had assembled a crew, they arranged and rearranged their schedules and the move went well apart from the fact that I now need to gather up more help and again rent a truck to move the appliances and file cabinets. This is not the U-Haul I remember. The employees were extremely apologetic, but sorry won't move my stuff.

The truck I rented is extremely old and difficult to raise and lower the door. It should be taken out of rotation or you shouldn’t be allowed to charge full price.
