Be sure to charge the correct card a customer provides. I gave one card for the truck rental fee and bought a strap using another card and you end up charging the truck rental fee on the latter! Why? That account went negative costing me uncalled for bank charge. I’m disappointed.

When I picked up my U-Haul no one told me I had to have it back by 7 am when I checked it out around 5 pm. So I got charged another day. I was not a happy customer. It would have been nice if i was told that. I think you should have someone always in the store helping customers. Instead of leave with a customer and the store is unattended. As a customer I wonder when you will be coming back. When you pay in the store for a truck or trailer you should go outside and give the info. to the attended outside and he pulls your truck up. The people outside that you return the u haul should check you back in and have access to billing your bill or refunding your bill so you don't have to go back in and wait thru a big line. Also you should have a number system so a person can pull a number out of a machine and keep it with me and you have overhead a number so people are not cutting in line. You never no which counter to go to. When i got my truck it was already running and the drivers side was unlocked. When I locked it, the key would not open so I had to go thru the passengers side to unlock the truck. The person that drove it up know that. They should have told me or should of had it fixed before they brought it to me. Trying to be sneaky was not impressed. I like U haul but you guys need to get organized and have your service people be friendly and inviting instead of head down and not looking at anyone or acknowledge anyone when they come in. The only person that was friendly at this store was the kid that took my keys outside and checked my truck in he had brown hair with a ponytail. He was very customer originated. Even the manager was not customer orientated. I know people need trucks to move but I think you guys could do better.



There are two principal "issues" with this location which keeps me from rating the location as *EXCELLENT* - - - one within their control - - - the other not. Within their control: The entry/exit drive is concrete, dropping off into rough pot-holes and gravel - then concrete again. Should be all concrete. Not within their control: US-380 is being widened and a Dallas North Tollway Overpass constructed so close to their location that there is now *NO WAY* for eastbound US-380 traffic to turn into their location, *OR* for customers exiting the location to turn (left) onto eastbound US-380.

Check your equipment before your let it go out. I was lucky to have made it where I was going. I had a tire that was losing part of the cap and show the steel belt.

My van smelled like an employee just finished smoking, and as they drove up the van for pick up, and just lingered. Other than that, my experience with the phone customer service has always been great. I can’t say the same when I go into a store front, and the experience is much different. And not in a good way

Omar was great with helping me when my original reservation needed to be changed. The Prosper location was excellent. The only problem I had with the experience was my original reservation needing to be changed and the only location with the truck I had reserved was Prosper, which was 20 miles from the location I was using the vehicle. This added about an additional $40 to my cost. But otherwise, every other aspect of the experience was fantastic.

The only issue is that I was charged an $8.00 EZ Fuel Charge for 2 gallons. The guy who took me to the truck said that the amount that showed on the gauge in the truck didn't match to what was on the paper. He marked that the fuel gauge only showed 3/4 of a tank as opposed as the over 7/8 of a tank. He said that he would change it on the computer. My final bill reveals no change. I intend to call the facility when they open on Monday morning to see if this can be straightened out. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and had delightful people working there. I would use that location again, especially if they are willing to correct this error.
