They didn't do a walk through, nor even indicate which uhaul was mine- didn't make sure i knew anything more than how to fill it back up. As someone who's never driven a 26 foot long vehicle, it was overwhelming and a lot to handle. They took other customers before me, though i'd waited in line. I wasnt very pleased with this interaction. They were nice, but it wasn't great for a first timer.

They were happy to receive the truck, but weren't enthusiastic about it.

Signage for where to park vehicle after hours could have been more prominent.

They set up the trailer and wiring. No problems hauling at all. But my name is Joe not Bill

Did not drop off at this location, since when I picked up the trailer I could pick a location and was told I could take it to any UHaul location.

Nothing. Place was great.

If there was a top ten list of all companies in the world that were the worst to deal with, UHaul would be in the top 5! Absolutely horrible customer service. And it’s just not me! Everybody I’ve talke too had the same problems and issues. Too bad Penske doesn’t buy this company.

Tell them exactly what and where!!! Nothing was on the sheet. It was ordered on line; exactly what and where was discussed and agreed upon. When my husband went in to get the rental unit there was no reservation and he was totally confused and didn't understand the contract he was offered. We wer eactually charged more for a 6 X 8 trailer than we paid for a 25 foot truck or the 15 foot truck we rented recently. I am very upset and can not understand why we were charged so much. We feel as senior (elderly) citizens we were duped.

Everyone was so friendly and they had a sense of humor

The truck that I rented has serious problems with the steering at speeds over 45 or 50 MPH. On I-75 at highway speed it is nearly impossible to control. It suddenly would lurch to one side or the other, and when you tried to correct this it would often lurch to the opposite side which would cause me to nearly be off the road or be into the other lane. After about 10 miles of driving on the highway I had white knuckles as the saying goes. This was an older truck and it needs to be repaired or removed from service before it causes an accident and possibly one with fatalities.

If anyone is looking to rent a truck or a trailer, I strongly recommend getting it from Penny's Lumber in Prudenville, Michigan. The people there are great to work with. This was the third rental I've had from them in the pass month.

I will use this location again for our upcoming move.

My father-in-law was the driver as I had to bring the kids up, and he returned it and unknowingly came back with the paperwork for me. He said that they said "everything is good! ", But they charged me an extra day, which my contract clearly stated I had until Wednesday. My husband is calling in the morning to get The refund. Just frustrated that a contract says "Wednesday" and on Wednesday you charge an extra day.

No problem. Easy in and out.

The requested dolly was not in the truck, and we did not have time available to drive back to pick one up. It didn't matter for loading in Michigan, but became a problem when we were unloading in Ohio.
