The place was closed on a Monday and we were not notified of this until we got there. We had to borrow a truck to return it so it was a little inconvenient. Although I was able to talk to the gentleman and he had us just drop it off in the back of the lot. We are glad we borrowed the truck our rv would never been able to drop it off do to the location.

Warmer weather
Was told the after hour check out is simple. The after hour drop off was the opposite of simple. The app wouldn't work because of an error... which was fantastic. Oh but when I went on the website to try it that way... the location would not submit... even with me allowing access. So we drop off the uhaul anyways and dropped the keys in. But was told we would get charged anyways, even with us dropping off on time at 7 pm. And there's surveillance proving this. It's frustrating that this was only way to do this and to get penalized for it and have to plead a case as to why we should not be late charged! Figure out your system because this is the worst experience I've ever had with rentals!

When driving out to the road, the driver cannot see traffic coming from the right side. I had scheduled to pick up in Moscow instead I had to pick up a truck in pullman. When I dropped off the truck I was charged extra for mileage that equals the distance from Moscow to pullman. I think the truck should have been brought over to the town that I reserved it for.
At first the manager wouldn't let me drop off the truck in Pullman, even though that what was on my contract. I had called the number as requested, but got cut off or left on hold 3 times. I finally just decided to go to the return location. After I explained that my mother had just died the day before and I had to move her stuff out, he compassionately let me drop off the truck. UHaul needs to get it together from a national servicing standpoint--especially in these rural areas.
For the app, it needs an error message instead of looping back. I mainly had problems using the app for both pick up and drop off. The location is great!
Was also charged for additional 24 miles. What a college town scam.
C&S processed me out in less than 10 minutes. They were also my storage location, so the whole process was one-stop easy.

Give a discount for people using the app and having no actual people available. As far as I can tell, I was doing the job of several workers yet paying the same rate as a full service location.

For that vehicle ..what you people are charging is too high... I thought when its 0.59/ mile then the fuel is paid in that but the model would not sustain longer..
