There was moldy food stuffed into the side next to the side door. The van smelled very badly. Also the bolt attaching the jack to the mount was missing, so it made a loud banging sound around every turn. Other then that the van was perfect size for what I needed it for. Thank you.

Very upsetting because the van i wanted was 22miles from where i was at and it was double booked so i had to go to a company that's contracted with uhaul and very inconvenience beacause i had to return it back to puyallup when i live in Renton Wa.

Lisa was awesome!! After a run around on the phones by customer service and a guarntee by customer service the night before, the van I was to rent was still out. Lisa made a phone call and found that the renter was on the way within the hour. Great service 2 years in a row.

The location that I rented from was awesome. Very helpful, quick, and accommodating. Vehicle was ready for me on short notice and in perfect shape. My only complaint is with U haul pricing. They nickel and dime you on the fees. They have a huge logo on the van offering $19.95 rental however the price ends up being closer to $75. I guess the fine print really adds up!!

The map for the address had directions that didn't actually get to the location, so we were very confused, but another uhaul location (that we ended up at) looked up the reservation and told us how to get there. Lisa, who made the reservation, was friendly and helpful. The woman in the office where we rented from was fabulous. This is my first time ever reserving and renting a vehicle on my own... and I'm so grateful that it was such a smooth transaction.

I reserved a 10' truck about a week in adavance online because it said it was avaible at the time I needed which was at 5pm on 5/30/17. I get to the location with my dad at 4:45pm & the front desk lady was like "can i help you"? with absolutely no excitement to see a customer. I told her why I was thereand looked me up in the Computer and instantly said " we don't have that available"... i'm like OK well what can you do? I said I'm here to rent the truck that I reserved what is the issue. she said I need to go to the bank by 5 PM so if you cancel I have to charge you $50. I was so confused as to what the bank had to do with me being there to get the truck that I reserved a week prior to. she literally rushed to me because she said she had to go put a deposit in the bank and didn't offer any other option and still try to charge me for this inconvenience for her. overall a very rude lady. we need more positive and happy people in the world! just a smile can make somebody else's day people need to stop being so rude to people in this world for no reason.

The online check-in process led me to obtaining a code for the padlock with the incorrect code, which resulted in a 30-40 minute delay in my ability to be in the truck and on my way toward moving. I'm sure you all know better than most how moving makes for a busy/stressful day; we had friends helping us who were just waiting around for the truck to arrive, and it would have been great if the check-in process went more smoothly. On top of that the driver's door lock key stuck, so forget locking the vehicle when we were loading it because I didn't want to hassle with the stuck lock, and you only had 1/4 tank of gas in the truck, so now instead of being able to fill it back up at the end of the trip when our moving help was gone anyway, they had to wait even longer so that I could put gas in the truck and then be ready to start the moving process. I'm just going to bed now after a loooong day of moving and to think I could have been in bed 40-50 minutes sooner if I didn't have to waste time loligaging with the lock code and gas fill up then I would be having a pretty good day.

Train your employees to be knowledgeable of the fact that there are pick up and drop off "schedules" instead of giving wrong informtion - & your neighborhood dealers reflect on Uhaul - they need training as well in working with the public

Fees where misleading truck was dirty st pick up no one was there, they were an hour late double charged for insurance. A complete joke ! What should have been a 29 95 truck rental cost me 110. Only use it 2 hours went less then 12 miles. I will not recommend this to anyone

The customer service @ pick-up was great, but when we returned truck, customer service was very much lacking. We did not receive return instructions with rental and when we came in office to return, he was very rude and yelled at us for not returning correctly. We even showed him that we did not get correct paper. After we parked truck there was no "thank you" he yelled that we would get our receipt emailed to us. When you spend that kind of money, you expect at least a "have a good day".

The Manager of this location is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. She is all about customer service which makes all of us want to do business with her and Uhaul. I can't say this for too many Storage/Uhaul locations that I have done business with in my life.

Vehicle was clean but not well maintained. Have vehicles that run. Besides my vehicle, today I say another U-Hall being towed thru downtown Puyallup. Loosing valuable time and not being able to complete the projects due to an inoperative vehicle speaks mountains to why I would not recommend you. If your equipment was in better condition and when YOUR vehicle breaks down compensation/credits should be given to the customer. If I don't receive satisfactory relief your customer base may decline due to my updating the public of your total lack of care for your customers.

I had the most aweful experience today. I called uhaul to reserve a van. She told me they were out, but another location had one available. She then took my I formation and took my reservation for the van at another location. I went to the location which I had the van reserved only to wait in a very small room with a baby who just shit him self and 2 smelly parents take their time to rent the van I just reserved 30 min prior. After she began to tell me how there was a mix up with u haul and blaming the company for not holding the van she told me to go to another location and the van I requested would be there. I type the address in that she provided and only to find out that she sent me to the location that took my request and fucked up to begin with. At this point I am enraged only to hear that my van was across town and now I would have to drive to that location. Absolutely ridiculous especially since they have a reservation guarantee. What a joke for the price you pay.
