Donna P.Location was not bad just the truck. U-Haul wouldn't shift out of first gear halfway through our trip without being manually shifted. Set our trip back 2 hours and we lost have our moving team due to timing. The truck also had a very worn out suspension that would jerk the steering wheel around whenever you hit a bump. Terrible truck experience. For the money paid I would have expected something that at least felt safe to drive.
Garret S.One of the tires had wire cord showing. I had to have u-haul assistance come to my home to change the tire before we left. This should have been noticed before anyone picked up that trailer.
