ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DID NOT REPORT MY UHAUL RETURNED WHEN I RETURNED IT

My experience was horrible! Here’s why: 1. I got an email to call a # to confirm pick up location. I called the number three times over two days - no answer. The u-haul rep later said that is the wrong number. 2. Location of pickup is UNMARKED. There is no sign, just a semi-inhabited building and I spoke to three different people trying to locate my u-haul rep. As a woman, I did not feel completely safe in a semi-abandoned building in an industrial park in the middle of nowhere. 3. My u-haul rep said he never got my reservation - so I didn’t have a dolly or blankets either. 4. My rep was an hour and 15 minutes late. I hired movers at a rate of $80 hour who had to wait for me so that was a very expensive impact on me. 5. I called customer service the day before to confirm my pickup - was assured that all was good to go. 6. The day of my pick up I had to wait 53 minutes on the phone before I was able to talk to someone explaining the situation. The first rep transferred me to a second rep who knew nothing, so I explained the situation to the 2nd person from the start but she hung up on me. I was very respectful. So I called and spoke to a 3rd person. That phone call is recorded and that is the call where I explained that the number is wrong and he never got the reservation. 7. My rep said he once had 7 reservations for one vehicle and thought a fist fight was going to break out over who was going to get it. He drove the truck off the lot to avoid violence. This is unacceptable. 8. Please listen to the recorded conversation to hear me explain this and prevent situations like this from happening again. When it is actually unsafe and potentially dangerous for customers to rent from you the you must rectify that situation.

Well... where to start. My drop off time was a Sunday morning at 8am. This place, first off, has no U-haul signage. Secondly, it wasn't open. Next, there was no one around, no personnel of any kind to even ask questions about dropping off the truck. I attempted to mobile drop off the vehicle, but the site couldn't pick up my location (I made sure my location/ internet was on and working). It also said to drop the keys in a drop box. I walked around the entire building twice, there was no drop box. So I called customer service and waited 30 minutes before hanging up because no one picked up. So I called to a couple of U- haul locations to see if they could help me. The first one said, he wasn't sure of what to do, finally the second one said just leave the keys on the driver seat. I was concerned the whole time that someone, not from U-haul, would find the keys and drive off with the truck, leaving me responsible. The whole drop of process was horrible. Especially at this location.

I had ordered pads and dollys, none of which were in the truck. No-one was at the location and I had to wait over half an hour and that was AFTER I already had to wait 3 hours and drive 20 minutes out of my way since apparently reserving a truck on-line does not actually reserve a truck.

- The initial person that help with placing the order to install a hitch and rent a tow dolly. Was very professional and helpful in getting my order right. -The person the install the hitch. Was very helpful and professional on getting it installed as quick as possible. -The person that I dealt with getting the tow dolly on my truck was very helpful. -The person I called to confirm I returned the Tow dolly to the proper location was very helpful. All and all I had nothing but an excellent experience with U-Haul. Kudos to the whole TEAM.

The location was closed, it is in the middle of nowhere with no signs of U-haul or anything, I had to call U-Haul in desperation and they called the person who handled the return out of a curb, he was professional but U-Haul's handling of how this location works is very unprofessional
