Philip at the customer service center in Boise was awesome in helping me with the rental. The staff in Rexburg was beyond fantastic. Helped us out when so many details. The only complaint I have is with the truck. The driver door was warped and air constantly whistled through the cab.

Owner was friendly, helpful and quick.

The customer service rep got me the promised price, and they would have let us park the truck there while we were waiting to finish the move. We didn't need to, but the people there were friendly and very helpful.

Personnel gave me the option to unhook dolly by myself or if I needed help. I unhooked it myself, no big deal. But I was a little surprised. I assumed that standard procedure would be for personnel to unhook equipment and inspect it while I was present.

They were top notch.
