Maybe improve either the website or the internet speed to improve check out time.

Excellent customer service. I have had several U-Haul experiences in the last week, and I am very pleased with the way I have been treated. I would recommend you all to anyone looking to move or to rent equipment.

New truck but radio did not work, would have been nice to have on a 2600 mile trip

The trailer rented to me had a puddle of foul-smelling, brown liquid on the floor that smelled like some kind of feces or animal secretion. At the time of pick-up the store employee "checked" the cleanliness of the trailer and quickly shut the door, assuring me it was clean. I guess I should have NOT trusted him and instead looked myself. Later, after dragging my mattress and box spring through the foul liquid I discovered it (alerted by the smell) and attempted to clean it. Frustrated, I called Mickelson's and spoke with a man about the situation. He essentially said it was my problem and I shouldn't have signed off on it. He offered no assistance or apology whatsoever. The trailer, despite my cleaning efforts, still smelled disgusting at time of drop off and now I am trying to clean my mattresses of it. It was the second and LAST time I will ever rent a Uhaul product from Mickelsons.

Maybe provide a list of damage already done to the vehicle.

They drppped our truck off in the wrong town & when we drove the extra mikes to pick it up, we got stuck in eclipse traffic. It took us 5 hours to drive the 62 miles back to our house. Major inconvenience!

Service was slow due to not enough staff. Also there had apparently been some changes to the rental program and that slowed down the process, the computer was slow to get through the program.

your website is slow, it took me thirty minutes to rent a auto transport.

Tire blew within the first 150 miles. Road side assistance was hours before they could have helped. Pick up location was fine, but the equipment was old and should never had been used

it was a cold snowy day in Rexburg, which is the norm, however upon arrival to pick up the U-Haul it was not ready for pickup the windows were iced over and covered with 4" of snow that I had to clean off. no big deal and not worth bringing up but then the battery was dead and I needed to assist in figuring out how to get the truck running just to find out that they had had battery issues with this truck 6 days ago but did not follow up to make sure it was ok. it was the only truck in the lot of that size so it was my only option. then 5 min into my trip I got a low Coolant alarm that I had to pull over and check into and then 1 hr into trip the Oil light came on, I pulled over again and checked the oil level and it was 1 Quart low, how ever I still had good Oil pressure so I kept going. this truck was in need of some some tender loving care some thing it had not received in awhile...
