Had I known I had more time I would have filled up the truck. The location was very obscure. The website didn't work in order to get mu verification code. Had to call. The person that answered my call did help me but seemed to lack some knowledge. But he did get my return complete. He said he wanted pictures and was going to send an email as to where to send them , but I never got the email

Left the facility with the representative giving me the middle finger and saying “fuck you” over and over again to me. I will never come back here or ever refer anyone to come here. Not sure how this guy is still in business.

Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. I asked about the mileage, but if I hadn't asked or looked closely, I would have been surprised at how much mileage added to the overall cost. I would suggest making sure the customer knows up front so that they won't be surprised. Great overall experience!

When I went to pick up my rental truck, it was at the location but the person at the desk said he didn’t have my name in the system, and that the truck that Uhaul had promised me was reserved for someone else. This led to a back and forth exchange on the phone for an hour before I was eventually allowed to have the truck. This was a terrible experience that was not the location’s fault, but instead was Uhaul not being careful with their system. Turns out they had set my pickup time as my return time, which caused lots of problems at the pickup location. I was lucky to even get a truck, through no fault of my own, as I had checked and double checked my reservation.

Had the worst experience at this location. Yes I did arrive early by 1 1/5 hours. The other locations I have rented from did not have a problem with it. The guy said that it wasn't there yet and I could wait about 15-30 mins for it to be there. We left and came back with 45 mins left until reservation time. The same truck that was there when we got there was there. We watched him go out to the truck, get in, get out and go into building. He comes out a little bit later and he takes an appliance dolly, a regular dolly and furniture pads out of the back and take them to in front of the building. It is now 30 mins prior to my reservation and the no other truck has arrived. We go In and ask if it is here and he said give him a few minutes he needs to take care of his customers. When the line was gone he ask for me to come up to counter. Looks up information and then says he needs to help the next customer. Now there was a line of people who apparently were more important then me. I Made a comment about that it seems all these customers are more important then me and that we had already been waiting this time for 20 minutes. He yelled at my mom that it was our fault for coming early. I then said that you know that I get a survey after this and right now it doesn't look favorable. Customers laughed. At 12:29 (my reservation was for 1230) he finally decided to assist me. Now I had done the Express check in so he had all the information about my reservation, yet he still asked me for everything. We paid the balance and he walked out and put the furniture pads on the appliance dolly handed the dolly to me and said it wasn't his job to load it. It was also the same truck that was there when first arrived at the location 1 1/5 hours early. When we went back in and asked for his name he said he didn't have one. Me and my family will never go back to that location, even for gas. We also know a good portion of that town and have passed on the word. And with the amount of customers that were in the building when he said it was our fault for coming early. Doesn't look well for him.

I had to wait almost an hour for my truck. The previous customer did not drop off the vehicle on time. The owner was not apologetic at all. Did not offer any remedy. I had to ask him to call the customer to ask when they would drop it off. I’m very unsatisfied with my service. I should not been able to book so close in time if the truck was not available.

Have more uhaul employees in the marathon gas station. I was first in line only to wait 45 minutes so the employee can take care of other customers as well as for myself . Never again.

Have better control of that is possible of what type of vehicles and equipment are being rented the carry the U-Haul name..I am not going to totally downgrade a location, this Could have been just a bad vehicle, and maybe they have better items to offer. It is not good that my family member is the person who noticed that the exhaust pipe was missing, and he was told to make sure he takes a picture of it to make sure that we are in charged for it! Really? Not to mention they had no idea that one of the fuel caps was missing..That signifies bad upkeep and failure to monitor your products.

First off thank you for being able to accommodate my need for a truck this past weekend. The pick up location was amended by John (phone call representative). The only thing that needs improving is John’s training on the mileage adjustment for picking up from the new location. John was a great representative lacks the information. I had to contact U-Haul when I arrived home to discuss the mileage. Had he been aware of this I would not have had to stress about this. Maya was literate to correct my concerns without issue.

Great customer service at this location. I like how there are little claim stickers on the vehicle from previous situations. U-Haul is very understanding that I was not able to pick up the truck at noon like I thought. I finally showed up at 2:30.

Their computer kept freezing, took forever to get everything taken care of. Didn’t tell me the truck was behind the store. I filled the gas tank back to 3/8 of a gallon, the still charged me for gas.

Sent me to back to park/unhook trailer alone. Did not check trailer back in on day 1. Called to remind them. He said once again that he would do it. STILL DID NOT CHECK IN THE TRAILER AFTER THREE DAYS AND REPEATED CALLS!! Terrible all around. Has convinced me to not use U-Haul ever again.

I was charged mileage when I returned the tank at the same amount plus some safe cover fee when I didnt ask for it... Never saw my contact before left,just got sent some link to approve images and I submitted a picture showing milage was off.. so when I returned the guy said his computer was acting slow and I will get my contract thru email.. ..never did a walk around,like other places. The guy was too busy, that's why I took pictures

I tried to save time by doing the pre check-in online which turned out to be a waste of time. The clerk had to re-enter all of the information when we went to pick up the truck.

The gas station was full of people when I came. He told me he would be out in 10 minutes. He never came. Then when I went back in he told me that he advised for ME to come back into the store. When I finally got the truck the tire pressure light was on. When I returned the truck two hours later, there was another man there who could provide my receipt for tax purposes. He was rude and got nasty with me when I asked if I could at least take a picture of him with the keys as proof the return of the truck. I will NEVER use this location again, and only did so because it was close to my home and store. NEVER AGAIN.

The location and truck was very clean and customer service was excellent. The condition of the truck was very poor. The truck should be removed from service and maintenance performed. Someone is going to get hurt in this particular vehicle.

Terrible service. First I was held up for 20 min standing at the counter with my email conformation number in hand but the attendant is telling me I don't have a reservation. This delay effected my moving time with the helper I had with me. When I return the truck I was told to go because the attendant didn't want to come outside and check the truck. I get my final bill with extra charges and then I'm told he cant help me call uhaul customer service. I will never use this location again and I am warning others that they are extremely unprofessional

First of all when you are renting a vehicle/service, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE THE EMPLOYEE! Secondly, where is my invoice receipt?? I got nothing. Also, why did I have to pay $10 extra for a dolly? The guy behind the counter wanted me to drop the vehicle off and he would check it later then send me my receipt. I told him that was unacceptable. I ended up having to go back around the building and bring the vehicle back around front for him to inspect so I could get my receipt. I will never go back there.
