I called to reschedule pick up time. Someone not at this location scheduled me at 10:30 when the location didn't open until 1:00. Very inconvenient and frustrating! The folks at bypass storage worked to help me resolve the issue, but in the future I will be dealing directly with them, not online or by calling the costumer service line.

The owner was EVEN WORSE this time. I believe her name is Lisa. My wife Tiffany Mosley was present also (859-552-4364) and almost had to say something but she kept her composure (she witnessed the negative behavior) I don't know if she was upset about my previous discussions with Uhaul about her performance but she made it clear by her negative actions she did not want to help me. She would not speak, assumed we knew the ropes about signing rental papers, basically threw the keys at us, did not do a walk around and do a mileage check, and her general attitude was POOR. If I did not need the rental (only location with a van) I would have walked out. I had reservations scheduled for the future at this location but after a second negative experience I cancelled them all. She does not know when to cut her losses and treat a customer with respect, well I can't give my hard earned money to a person like that. I work at the health department and believe me I would like to be negative towards some people, but I am in the customer business first and I understand that is not at all good nor would I never. My phone number is 1-859-619-0197 if you would like to discuss this, but I will be telling ALL 1,267 of my Facebook friends to NOT use this location and anyone else I can tell at work or personal friends. Horrible.

The daughter and the husband very nice and helpful with a difficult situation of the customer keeping the van and me not being able to get my reservation. The secondary owner the wife was not helpful and rude when I tried to voice my concerns. She was dismissive and presumptuous to my questions. Not a good customer service advocate and I let the district manager know. Based on the husband and daughters helpfulness I will give this location another try.

The location I rented from was terrible. I went in four days before I needed the truck and reserved it. When I came back on moving day the lady at the counter was extremely rude and said the person who reserved it accidentally reserved it at a location 25 miles away. The truck we needed was still available at her location so we asked her to correct the error and she said she couldn't and refused to rent the truck to us. She said we'd have to go to the location on the reservation to get that truck...even though it was there mistake. We gave up and drove to the new location only to find out it was closed. We then had to call customer support and said we could have the truck at the previous location and so we had to drive back and get the truck we wanted in the first place. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

You should be asking for feedback on your national service, not the local dealers. First we had to make special arrangement to drive out of the way even though the email said confirmed booking. Felt like a bait and switch and I wasn't contacted till the day before the pick up and had movers. The process to try and get the issue resolved was even more frustrating - I kept being transferred around to different uhaul locations. The whole ordeal took nearly 3.5 hours to resolve on the phone, and to top it off, many of the people I spoke to were just rude. When a customer gives a service provider feedback those service providers should have some means to provide the company with that feedback. It seems according to them they do not have this ability. I want to be clear that the location we picked up from was very kind, but given the experience leading up to the pick up, neither my husband or myself will ever rent from uhaul again. It would go a long way to at least make it more clear in your confirmation email that the confirmation does not confirm rental of a truck.
